Debbie came to the house in the morning and gave a very thorough cleaning throughout the house. She did't stop until the house was complete and did an excellent job. The house looks beautiful. We will continue to use her service for future cleanings.

Always consistent, always on time, always do a great job. They are easy to have in your house. They are lovely ladies, just wonderful. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I thought she was fantastic. She otld me that it would take five hours to clean so I paid her up front and left. She gave me an extra hour for no charge, which was nice. She is easy to work with, she?s very professional, she called me in a timely manner, and she did a great job with cleaning the house. She was very thorough and I was very happy. I would definitely use her again.

My family and I looked forward to having our home cleaned again (especially my 8-year old daughter was glad to have help with her room and arranging her "things"). It went well. Debbie herself cleaned my home. As she had told me, it did not take nearly as long to clean the second time because the floors did not have as much build up. My memory is not very good about the exact time Debbie arrived or how long she stayed, but I was again very happy with the results. Obviously, there is only so much one can do in 3 or 4 hours, and some items I would have liked cleaned more thoroughly (like the glass shower doors), but I did not provide Debbie with any special instructions before hand, and I was more than happy with the amount she was able to do. In the future, if I want anything special or specific done, I would just ask Debbie. Otherwise, I feel comfortable just trusting that she'll do a great job for a really great price. She is very accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. She gave me some solicited advice on cleaning my laminate floors with water only--something I used to do before I had a puppy, and then forgot about... I will definitely continue to use Debbie in the future when I need a helping hand.

Debbie came over to give me an estimate for the housecleaning, and she explained that--if I wanted the house cleaned on a regular basis--then she would bring some help, so that she could ensure that both she (herself) and another cleaner would know the cleaning requirements of my house. Debbie estimated $125 to clean my whole house--but I received a discount for finding her on Angie's list. It was challenging for me to articulate exactly what I wanted her to do, but she sensed what I needed. On the scheduled cleaning day, she and her assistant came on time and began cleaning with the bedrooms. They were very thorough, brought all of their own cleaning supplies, and considerate of family members who were in the house. Debbie had estimated it would take several (3-4?) hours to clean the house (my memory fails me - happens a lot since having my baby), and the original plan included steam-cleaning the floors (all of the floors in the house are old hardwood, tile, or laminate). However, the dust & dirt build up from months of being unable to thoroughly clean the floors myself, made it necessary to clean the floors by hand (according to Debbie). After several hours had passed, and then some, I realized that Debbie's assistant had left and that Debbie was still hand cleaning floors herself. Honestly, I don't recall if it was 5, 6, or 7 hours later (and I didn't mind it being later), but eventually I decided to go ahead and tell Debbie to STOP already! She had already gone so far above and beyond the call of duty by hand cleaning the floors, but she was committed to finishing the entire house. (I think the bathroom was the last room). Debbie did not charge extra for the extra time. When all was said and done, our house was very clean and liveable again. I was so relieved and grateful I gave Debbie a hug. She was great, and she and her company did a great job.

That was the end of our conversation. Her price was too high. I would not use her in the future at that price.

It took her extra time the first time, which she did at no additional charges. She is very professional.

She does a wonderful job, she is very thorough. The amount of time she spends cleaning is above and beyond anyone else we have used.

Debbie is great. She came over and gave me an estimate. She is honest and put in a solid day's work from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. When I got home that night I was extremely pleased with her work. I will definitely use her again for bi-weekly or monthly cleaning.

She's very thorough and her prices are the most reasonable compared to other companies I've spoke to. She's also very flexible.
