Very professional. I will use him again!
Description of Work: Martin came and gave me an estimate on Weds (8/22) to trim some really out of control hedges and bushes. He gave me an estimate of $400 as he showed me that I had thick trunk (5 inches in diameter) weeds growing in the hedges. He said that he could do the job on Friday afternoon. The team arrived promptly, and they trimmed all of the hedges, (which required evening out the work I had started), as well as taking the weed stumps down to the ground. He also took care of removing a rather large maple tree that I didn't want. Those trees are all over the place! I asked him to clear out my compost pile - as I had been using it as a dumping ground for the bush trimming that I had attempted to start, for an add'l $50. They did a beautiful job, and cleaned up all of the debris. I now have a usable compost pile.

Their quote was okay. I don’t remember the price they quoted. They had good reviews. I would use their services again.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from Corona Landscaping maybe in the summer.

I contacted Roberto of Corona's Landscaping to do some general yard cleanup and hedge trimming/maintenance. He got back to me a day later coming out to meet me and look over my yard to discuss what I wanted done. During our discussion he mentioned a few other items he could also take care of for me that seemed very reasonably priced so included them on the list. The plan was for him and his crew of 3 to arrive a few days before my son's graduation party we were having that weekend. They were scheduled to arrive a day earlier but said his previous job took longer than expected. I didnt mind since he would finish my work in plenty of time before the grad party. They were to weed & edge all planting beds, spread new mulch, trim hedges. As well as raise up some (10) Dioblo Ninebark hedges on the side of my house (Roberto believed my Ninebarks were not doing well because they were set too deep in the ground at the root line) And add a pop-up style drain in the ground that would get the gutter water farther away from my foundation. Bottom line: My yard looked like a model home when they were finished and I and my wife were very pleased with all the work performed. However, one item that was not done was the hedge trimming which Roberto said should not be completed at that time since it was middle of summer and we were enduring extremely hot weather. (I had actually been thinking the same) The general cleanup was $125 (Looked great) All the Mulch was $150 (wouldve taken me days to do it all) Labor for the Ninebarks was $50 The pop-up drain, which looks and works perfectly, was $80 Total $405. I plan to use Corona's again later this fall.
Description of Work: - Weed & edge all planting beds - Spread new mulch - Trim hedges of Viburnum and Rose-of-Sharons. - Raise up 10 Dioblo Ninebark hedges on the side of my house - Add a pop-up style drain in the ground at bottom of gutter.

The work was well-done, Martin (owner) was very nice, professional, easy to deal with. Although there were days when the workers did not come as promised, or seemed maybe Martin was overbooked, was very happy with the result and would use this company again.
Description of Work: In small yard, removed concrete patio, created new brick paver patio and small flagstone path, removed and added sod, created some new garden beds and mulched, planted a young tree, and some shrubs. Also patched some broken-up concrete around a fence post, and added an underground downspout for gutter near patio.

Another landscaper referred us to Martin, who came by to do the estimate, which we thought very reasonable considering the amount of work to be done, and then he arranged for the crew and equipment to show up and execute the work in a timely and efficient manner. Very impressed by his crew and his ability to manage a big property clean up job. Very dependable and professional.
Description of Work: Removed autumn leaves from front and back lawns. A rather considerable job considering the size of the property, and the number of trees in our lot, but quickly done in less than two hours.
