Bob was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and was very thorough with the repair. I would definitely call again for future repairs.

Outstanding service. They gave me a rough order of magnitude estimate over the phone before coming out - very courteous customer service. The technician was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my home by using shoe covers. He jas the correct materials with him based on my phone request. The actual price was as expected. Highly recommend them and will hire them again in the future. Btw, this is the same job ABC had tried to scam me out of $800 for a 30-60 minute simple appliance hookup (see my earlier review and F rating for them)

Diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, came back the next day for the repair (part had to come from another state)

Office staff very efficient. Called to reschedule appt due to delay in delivery of gasket. Repair man was efficient regarding work and gave me helpful tips regarding use and maintenance. Their quote was the lowest as quotes from other vendors were double. Repair all appliances so will keep their number handy. Hopefully I won't have to use them.

They were easy to schedule and reasonable. It was an old dryer so they let me know up front if I should pay to have it fixed or just buy a new one which I appreciated. I decided to fix it and have been happy with the work performed as well as the communication. He also cleared out the vent at no additional coast which I appreciate. I will use them again.

The tech had the necessary part and showed up right at the scheduled time. Less than an hour later, he was done and things are working again.

I called Cornerstone after being told I would likely need to replace my washing machine based on another repair companies assessment of what I was experiencing. Cornerstone, right off the bat, asked better troubleshooting questions over the phone and said it sounded like a small part replacement common to this machine, instead of total replacement. They came out the next morning and sure enough, it was just an inexpensive part needing replacement, which they did promptly. I saved $1000 not having to buy a new washer (and dryer) thanks to their excellent troubleshooting. I will call them out for all my appliances, every time!

On time, professional and fair prices

Prompt arrival to troubleshoot on a Friday. I understand the need for a $72 service charge on a house call to troubleshoot. Technician determined the door seal on the dishwater needed replacing and the part was ordered. Total time for this visit was 15 minutes. We scheduled a repair date for Friday, 6/3. Upon technician arrival, I questioned the billing amount of $172 which included the service charge plus an additional $60 for installation. The seal replacement and check took less than 10 minutes. Normally, the service charge includes some or all of the labor charge especially since the time spent way less than one hour. I mentioned this to the technician and he said this is how Cornerstone bills. He offered to take off $20 and I said that's a start, in the end he really only took $15 off. So for 25-30 minutes of actual troubleshooting and work plus a $52 seal, the final bill totaled $153 which does not seem reasonable. That equates to $101 or so for service and repair for less than 25 minutes of labor. Maybe this is standard practice, but I won't be using Cornerstone next time. Unhappy Customer

Lincoln (service man) was excellent. He recognized what I had already tried to repair the oven and then made recommendations which I approved and had my stove up and running in no time. I'll definitely use them again for any appliance repair and hope Lincoln is my service man again!

I had a great experience. They came when they said they would - what a concept!- asked questions, and problem solved to figure out what was wrong. He had the part needed with him, he installed it, and he answered my questions very professionally. Except for having to pay for a repair to a 3 year-old machine, it was a painless process.

Great service from start to finish...courteous scheduling of appointment, repair person arrived within my scheduled two-hour window, whole job was done within 30 minutes. I love finding quality local businesses that I can support...will use them for future appliance repairs.

He was polite and on time. He had the parts on hand to fix the problem and worked neatly and quickly.

The company was great from start to finish. They contacted us right away and were flexible with scheduling. The diagnostic visit was fast and efficient. The technician was professional, and diagnosed the root cause of our leak as two faulty temperature sensors. They ordered the part, and came back a week later to replace the two sensors. It's now been 10 days, and no more leaking! A great experience all around - thanks!

My dryer quit heating while I was doing a lot of laundry. My usual repair man was busy and could not come out for two days. This wouldn't do because of all the wet laundry I currently had. I headed to Angies List. I got the answering machine with one provider so quickly moved on. I called Cornerstone because they were highly rated. A lady answered the phone! She was able to schedule my appointment for that afternoon. Lincoln arrived on time, was very professional, cleaned up after everything and fixed my dryer for the price of the part and labor. I was so happy it was done the same day and for a reasonable price.

The repair person determined it was a warrenty item and as they were not an authorized warrenty repair facility for Samsung, the complete repair was not done.

A rental property of mine has a gas dryer that is not heating up. Called 3 appliance repair services, and left voice mail. Cornerstone was the first to respond. They were very straightforward and upfront with their charge which is $68 for service call, and an estimate of $130-170 total. This is a big plus as opposed to many other places that are evasive on their pricing, and often put you on the spot with a high quote (waste service charge or pay high price for repair) after they arrived for the repair. Setting up the appointment went smoothly with a two hour arrival time frame during which my tenant could be home. Service person arrived within the time frame, and got the job done (open fuse). Because I could not be there myself, Cornerstone said the service person would call me when he diagnosed what the problem was to confirm to go ahead with any repairs needed. However, I did not get a call. I called my tenant after the appointment time, and confirmed the repair went smoothly. I called Cornerstone the next day to inquire about what the charges were and also mentioned that they did not call me before going ahead with the repairs. The lady promptly said that not calling me to confirm the go ahead was not acceptable, and because of that, they would only charge me the $68 service call charge. The service would otherwise have been $150.57 total ($68 service call and $82.57 for diagnosis, replacing the fuse, cleaning the interior, and oiling up the pulleys and rollers). I felt that this was very professional and demonstrate excellent customer service and care. It also tells me that Cornerstone cares about building their business for the long term, as opposed to many other places which just want to get as much as possible out of the client. I also felt that even without taking out the $82.57, their original total charge of $150.57 is reasonable compared to other places. I have several rental properties, and would definitely use their service again.

While the prices do seem little higher than I expected, they will work on any models. They indicate they provide free estimates over the phone but I did not ask for this. Scheduling was easy enough and they were out the next day but he didn't have the needed belt. I did wonder why the person on the phone didn't ask me what type of dryer I had to be prepared with any possible needed parts. Also, they asked that I pay half of the amount up front, prior to the repair. The dryer has been working fine since.

Repairman was on time and had everything he needed to diagnose and fix our problem. Everything is working great now.
