CESAR N LANDSCAPING

I contacted this company regarding an estimate on landscaping, removal of a concrete patio and patio replacement, also regular lawn maintenance. After a couple of attempts to reach him to set up an appointment, Cesar did arrive, and provided a a verbal estimate which was a good price. However when I requested a written estimate, he said he would fax it to me that day or the next day. I provided my fax number, and waited. I'm still waiting. Since I didnt get a response from Cesar, I made a couple of additional attempts to reach him and left messages (no response). Then, I called one more time and Cesar happened to pick up his phone. I asked what happened and whether he was still interested in doing the work: he said yes and that he had driven by my home (5 days after the first appt) and the lawn was already mowed so he didnt send the estimate (I told him I did the lawn myself because he never showed up). He said he would send the estimate that day or the next morning. Well, needless to say that never happened. I can say that the verbal estimate was a good price, but the followthrough is definitely lacking. So, I moved on to another company.

Very friendly & very professional! I would highly recommend this service to anyone I know. This man is very talented at what he does.
