It went very well. They gave me an estimate on the phone and were punctual for the service call for the agreed on date and time. They made sure I was satisfied with the work performed and I was charged exactly what was quoted as the estimate.

I wasn?t here when they came so they did it on their own. They got rid of the nests but they didn?t discard them so they were laying in my driveway and yard when I got home. I think they power washed and they just left them where they dropped. I wasn?t here to see exactly what they did, but I think they are supposed to take away the nests. I think the price was fair and they came out when they were supposed to.

I called over the holiday weekend (4th of July) and was advised that John would be out to take care of the problem about 8:00 a.m. Tuesday a.m. He arrived in an unmarked (let's not scare the neighbors) vehicle, asked me for additional details about the problem, and proceeded to spray the lower level of my house and then the main floor with a pet-safe, child-safe spray. He indicated that within a week there should be no recurrence of the spiders or earwigs and it is now about 2 weeks later and we are completely pest free. He (bravely) went outside to investigate what I thought were wasps coming from the outside hose-reel alongside my house, and informed me that they were actually yellow jackets. He used some chemical alongside the exterior of the house (I stayed inside so didn't exactly view the method). It appears that the yellow jackets are now gone. He gave me the "Angie's list" discount and indicated that the company guarantees the workmanship for 6 months...encouraged me to call if there's any sign of a recurrance and they would come back and treat again at no additional cost. John was very professional and very knowledgable.

Fantastic company to work with. I had never used Bugs Anonymous before and called with a problem that needed to be addessed immediately. Bugs Anonymous answered the call on my first try. I explained that the guys washing my windows were getting attacked by wasps and I needed help right away. Debbie arrived in under 2 hours and was very thorough in treating the house and in spotting all of the wasp nests. My window washers were able to get back outside and finish the job. A huge thank you to Bugs Anonymous for being so responsive. Debbie was a pleasure to work with. She knows her job and is very thorough and professional.

They charge you 125 dollars for one visit and that protects you for that season from bugs. Their pricing is very good comparing to other companies. They are always very prompt in coming out, if you ever have a need for them to come back they reply promptly. You don't have to call them multiple times, they come right back out when you call them. They are just very courteous and very good at getting rid of the bugs. Once they have been out you don't usually have a problem, but, if you do they will come right back. I have been using them for years.

It went very well. I called Bugs Anonymous and left a message. They called back within 10 minutes and we discussed the problem. Their agent also seemed quite knowledgeable with respect to the habits of yellow jackets and how to rid us of them. We agreed upon a price and after describing the location of the yellow jackets their agent agreed that I not need be at home for them to take care of the situation. They came and performed their work. Afterwords, they left a bill inside our screen door. We paid via check and since their visit have had no problems with the yellow jackets.

Our experience was great! I really appreciated the time that I was given on the phone to discuss the situation and solution before hand. I also like the trust that was shown for customers by just leaving an invoice, and not expecting pre-payment with a credit card before the work was done. The daughter has taken over her dad?s business. She is very professional, she will give solutions on the phone and does a very good job. If she comes and does some job, you?re then covered for the next 6 months. Meanwhile if there is a problem they come again.

She did an extremely effective job because we have seen a single infestation since. She was knowledgeable about the insects that invaded our home and the chemicals used by her were effective. She was on time and explained everything to us, so that there was no danger to our grand children. She told me what the price was and said that she will come back every 6 months also eliminate any bugs that decided to reappear.

It went great. She was very considerate and through. We have a fish pond and she understood where exactly to spray and not to; to keep any run off away from the pond.

He inspected my entire house starting with the area in which I had seen the ants appear as well as the outside. He explained how the ants come in and the time of year when you will see them in grooves. Inspected every crack (this was very important because I have alot of wood in my home) and exterminated throughout. I would without hesitation, recommend this company.

Bugs Anonymous is very responsive to calls. John came out within a day or two to spray for the ants that were starting to invade my kitchen and bathrooms. He was on time, efficient, and professional. We bought the $160 service which is good for 6 months. When the ants didn't immediately go away, John returned to spray and set bait to get rid of them all for good. I will use Bugs Anonymous again, and I will refer them to friends. John was great!

They are very reasonable; they did the basement, upstairs, the whole house. They do their follow-up well. I looked through many of the other company s listed but I decided to go with them because of the good reviews they had on Angie s list and also because they were economical. They were very good.

They were on time, reasonable, and provided a guarantee for either 6 mo or 1yr...my memory is failing me on which but I still have my paperwork and they will respray if we have any more issues. We have seen more silverfish and spiders. They advised us before they treated that some of our pests might require more than one treatment. We plan to call again soon to re-treat those problem areas. We think they offer a wonderful guarantee at a great price. They were prompt, courteous and professional. We are very pleased.

I had debris by my fireplace, so I called Bugs Anonymous to come inspect for carpenter ants. The fellow was prompt, professional, and told me it was not carpenter ants, but rather ordinary ants. He treated the area for same, and told me to call back if the problem persisted. It did not. Took care of my problem and my concern.

I called on a Thursday. They called me right back and came the next day. They came on time and sprayed the bees and wasps. The exterminator was great and told me to call back on Monday if I still have a problem. They guarantee their work and will come back if I have any more problems. After they sprayed I could see that the bees were dying right away. The wasps didn't look too happy. I also got $10.00 off for finding them on Angie's list.

When he came out, explained where the problem was & gave a description of what the ants looked liked. Knew exactly what type of ant they were and also knew where they were coming from. We had a leak by the kitchen window and stated that these type of ants like moisture. We knew we needed to replace the window, but after explaining why we had the ant problem, we are planning to do this soon. Also stated that if we replace this window within the 6 month time period, will come out and re-spray in the open area after the window taken out. Also strongly suggested that we call when we know when the window will be pulled out & they will make sure somebody is out here that exact time.

We had an on-again and off-again problem w/ field mice in the basement and kitchen that we had treated before w/ humane catch-and-release traps. It's been a month now and aside from a small carcass or two, we haven't seen hide nor hair of a mouse.
