They were fine. They did the work quickly. He arrived on time and asked if I needed any other areas sprayed.

John was timely, phoned quickly after purchase and scheduled a time to come to the house. He said to call if we had any additional problems or if the 1st treatment didn't finish the wasps. We did call him a 2nd time and he came quickly and they have been gone. Great value to work on 2 pests at the same time - thanks!

John from Bugs Anonymous did a terrific job identifying various areas around the property which needed attention for pest control (the flying type). He sprayed an area right outside our garage in old landscaping timber which had hundreds of yellow jackets. John also identified a nest of yellow jackets outside our back door which I did not know existed until he brought it to my attention. He also took care of a wasps nest inside our shed door. John said he would return if the initial spraying did not take care of the problem. I called him back for the timber to let him know we were still seeing yellow jackets, albeit, fewer. He returned a few days later and the second spraying completely took care of the problem and we were not charged any additional money. We can now go into our garage without having to walk around the problem area. Guess it is time to replace the landscaping timber.

Sprayer was very polite and professional. She informed me of some wasps nests she found outside. She forgot to subtract the coupon amount that was pre-paid, and I didn't realize it because I had asked for additional service, but I received a refund within a couple of days through the mail. Whether the treatment worked or not will take time to tell. Crossing my fingers that I won't see spiders for 6 months.

Will have the see the long term benefit. The spray is a quick around the base of the house as explained by the tech. It was taken care of in about 7-10 mins. The tech first asked for what my concerns were (trying to understand unusual issues). Overall, appeared to know what he was doing and good at his job.

On time and professional.

They responded to my request within one business day, and arrived within the time window we agreed. Debbie explained the services they would provide and the guarantee they return at no additional cost for a period of six months if the problem returned. She performed the services as she stated, and so far the results have been very good. I have no concern that if the problem does reappear that they will return as often as necessary.

They did a great job. They came out and sprayed inside and out for spiders and ants. They came out a second time because we had a recurrence and since then, we've had no problems. They were able to come out right away and they said they will come out anytime within 6 months if we see additional bugs so they came out and took time to take care of the problem.

Technician came out at scheduled time. He bated for slab ants that were in the kitchen and sprayed for bus in the rest of the house. Technician explained that the bating would temporarily make our ant problem worse but that it would be better in the long run. About two mouths later some ants reappeared. I called Bugs Anonymous and they came back out to spray for no charge. We have not seen any ants since the second treatment.

It went great. We developed a roach problem due to bringing in furniture from another house that had those bugs. Fortunately we realized the issue quickly. BA came out promptly and dealt with the problem as scheduled. John(?) was fast, efficient and took care not to create any problems with our existing layout. He had all the necessary tools to get the job done right away and spent an hour or two in our small rancher. Suffice to say, the roach issues disappeared after the visit. I personally like working with local contractors as opposed to larger chains. While there are certainly reputable companies out there, I was more impressed that BA was a family owned business operating for several decades. In today's economic climate, it speaks volumes to the fact they must be doing something right and we were not disappointed. Should there be further issues, I will not hesitate to contract BA again. The only DON'T I would put into this review is to not use email to contact them. Call them. You will receive a prompt reply even if you leave a message. This is pretty much true with ALL Angie's List providers. Phone calls are always the better way to go, so it is not a huge deal. Joe Rowan

It went wonderful. John came out. Real nice guy. He asked me what the problems were and sprayed where he needed to. He said the job is guarenteed for 6 months, which is wonderful!

Liked them as they were truthful

John is very prompt in returning calls and scheduling service. Despite the extreme weather conditions and early appearance of insects, the bugs have not resurfaced in our home. We have recommended him to family. Michael & Judy Sidell

She comes in and goes through the whole house. She does the whole outside of the house. For me she also goes around my pool and shed.

The father owned it first and then I think it has branched off to the son and daughter. I used John, who was the son. They came out here on time and were very nice and courteous. He was very punctual and professional. He came out with his truck and used three gallons. They did a great job.

We had several holes in our deck that we assumed were the result of carpenter ants. Called Bugs Anonymous and explained the problem They said it sounded like either carpenter ants or carpenter bees snd depending on which the price would be $135-$175 . Scheduled an appointment for them to come out at 1:00 the following friday. Exterminator actually got to the house at 12:20. The tech was very friendly and informative. He went around the deck and assured us it was carpenter bees. The deck was sprayed and we were told if the problem persisted he would come back out free of charge. Overall a good experience and I would highly recommend them.

They did a follow up free of charge and so far there been no further problems with ants.

I love their responsivness. They are very quick to come out when we have a problem. They want to make sure everything is taken care of.

They were on-time and very thorough. A few mice remained/returned several weeks later, so a second treatment was carried out at no extra charge. (Indeed the original fee covers 6 months' extermination, if needed.) Both servicepersons (one woman, one man) were personable and professional. I will certainly use them again.

We bought a house that had been vacant for several years and the bugs had the run of the house! They came out and gave us a very heavy thorough spraying inside & out (we had not moved in yet). If we saw bugs in the next 6 months we just called them and they came back out. We even had issues with some bees building a nest in the bay window roof area they took care of Absolutely recommend them - they are prompt and courteous. Phone calls are usually returned same day and someone will usually show up to address the issue within 24hrs. Plan to hire them each year in the spring.

They have had to come out several times because we live in a wooded area.

They have a 6 month policy where they will come back out as often as they need to and they ended up coming back out two more times. The problem never was fixed so we requested a refund which they agreed to, but never ended up sending us our money. We've used them in the past for bee problems, which they corrected. I still like the company and would consider using them again.
