Description of Work: I called around 5 companies for an estimate for new furance and air. Mine were working but from 1969 so extremely inefficient. Tim (American family) under cut every bid (without knowing) by at least 2k for the same thing. At first I was worried how it be so cheap. I called him agreed to the price; he wanted nothing upfront and accepted a personal check. The work is great; the service amazing. Buy from American Family!!
