I live in a condo and the Wednesday before Christmas my neighbor called me that my unit was leaking into her laundry room. We investigated my unit and could not visibly see where the water leak would be coming from so we contacted our condo association and they sent out Alexander Plumbing. Patrick and John came around 7pm. They found the leak between my floor and my neighbors ceiling. The had to cut the ceiling drywall, cut the bad secion of pipe out and replace with a new section of piping. The job took about 3 hrs. and my neighbor and I were both satisfied with the work that was done and the repair bill was not outrageous but in line with what I was anticipating seeing that this was an after-hours and emergency repair. They did have to return on Christmas Eve to make some adjustments but we were not charged for the second visit. I would contact them again for additional work.

Our water heater pilot light would not start and stay lit. The came out and got the pilot light started. The plumber gave us his business card and cell phone number to call if we had any further trouble. It went out again that night. He came back the next day (Saturday) and cleaned the burner tube so it would light and stay lit. They did charge anything to come back out to fix it - even on the weekend.
