A-1 SUBURBAN DOOR CO

Initially, my garage door was not working properly. Tom from A-1 Suburban Door, came out and adjusted the opener and sensors. He charged me virtually nothing for my initial job. A little while later I drove into the door really messed it up. I called Tom and he came out with literature and a ballpark estimate. After choosing the door I wanted I called Tom to order the door. Tom was on vacation but still returned my call and ordered the door I needed. A week later the door was installed and looks amazing. Tom was a pleasure to deal with and the install went perfectly. Tom took away the old door and you wouldn't have know he was there except for the great looking garage door. I would never call anyone else. Price was good and Tom was always upfront about pricing and quality of each door. The whole job was smooth and painless.

Originally, had Tom out to check a malfunctioning garage door. He checked my entire door and opener. He then adjusted the opener and sensors, which fixed my problem. He explained basic maintenance that I should perform to keep the door moving nicely. Charged almost nothing for the service call. About two months later, I backed my car out through the garage door and did some serious damage to the door and car. Called Tom and he had a new door ordered for me within a day. (He responded to my call and placed the order while he was on vacation.) Once my door came in, it was installed and working within a couple of hours. He re-adjusted the opener and had the new door working perfectly. Tom even hauled away the old door. The entire experience was great. Tom was honest and straightforward about pricing and even steered me away form a more expensive door due to quality issues with the manufacturer.
