 + 0 moreEverything went well and I have no complaints. They were prompt and quick, and they cleaned up after themselves. The price for the sprinkler system was great but the landscaping was more expensive than I would have liked.
Description of Work: Suburban Lawn put a sprinkler system in and did some landscaping.

 + -1 moreThe guys were very professional, courteous, and honest. They gave me an estimate a year back and still honored it. They have been very receptive. I've been using them for the past 12 years. However, in the past from ?96-?98 we had extensive landscape design done on a brand new property. They installed sprinkler systems, retaining walls, brick patio, sod installation, and shrub and tree plantation. The total coast at that time was about $20000. Debbie and Ken are very nice people to deal with.
Description of Work: They replaced 35-40 sprinkler heads.

 + -1 moreThey did a really good job for me at really good prices. They drew up a plan for me and presented it to me and let me make the changes that I wanted to. We had 3 of the bushes they planted die but, they are coming out to replace those for us.
Description of Work: They came out and did all new landscaping for me and they did all my flower beds as well.

 + -1 moreIf the responsiveness to my last voicemails would have been better than 8 days, we would have done business.
Description of Work: During the initial conversation and followup questions to the proposal, Keith was very responsive. When I was ready to put down a deposit on a $5400 irrigation install, I left three messages in a week's time clearly noting I was ready to make a deposit. By the 8th day I got an email and voicemail, but had decided on the 7th night to go with DRF Plumbing for my irrigation system. They have BlackBerry and always respond within 12 hours. I understand this is an extremely busy time of the year, but over a week to return a phone call to someone that defintely wants to do business wasn't acceptable to me.

 + -1 moreWE THOUGHT THEY DID A GREAT JOB. OUR ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY WAS GETTING THEM TO RETURN TO THE JOB TO CORRECT SOME PLACES THAT HAD DIED.
Description of Work: RESODDED FRONT LAWN DESTROYED BY FUNGUS AND INSTALLED SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN ENTIRE LAWN.
