On Monday morning, approximately 10:20 AM, I called to ask where the plumber was and why we had not been informed of a delayed arrival. They responded that he was running late on a previous call and were surprised he did not call to inform me. They provided and updated the arrival time for around the noon hour. I left for lunch. At 12.49, I received a message that the plumber arrived and provided an estimate of $298.41 to remove and reseal the toilet. I refused the fee and the plumber went on his way. That afternoon, we self-performed the repair for about $7 in parts and an hour investment of time.
Description of Work: I contacted Enterprise Plumbing to repair a leaking toilet. They first offered service the same day I called, which was promising and appreciated. Since their initial schedule offer did not fit my schedule, I asked for an appointment for the next business day, Monday, May 19th. They agreed and provided a service window of 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM. I asked what the cost of the service would be and they responded by saying the service visit and estimate would be free. The plumber upon inspection would quote the repair. We had the freedom to accept or decline the estimate.

Unfortunately at this time the quote was more than what I had to spend on the work, so I sent him on his way. I loved how prompt and professional the service man was (Brad).
Description of Work: Brad gave me an estimate to do work in my crawl space. he explained the reason for the cost of the estimate very clearly and professionally.

We had them do the job and everything was fine. My overall experience was almost fine. There was sprint and stopped up. They came out in May. They charged me $320 and that was fixed for a year. Their price was high. For responsiveness, they came that same day. I will probably use them in the future.

AMAZING! The people at EPI went well above and beyond to help us out in a pinch when we were faced with an emergency flooding situation because of some blocked/collapsed 100-year old sewer lines. They absolutely came to our rescue!! They expedited permits and got the job done with tremendous professionalism and care. Don even managed to save two prized trees that we were afraid we'd lose in the process. We have worked with EPI for various plumbing needs for seven years now and we honestly would never think to call anyone else.
Description of Work: Replaced an old sewer line and sealed an outdated cistern, which required several days of digging.

Brad, the plumber did a terrific job! Detail oriented and walked me through the process, so I would understand. Fair price for the quality of work. I have used them for other toilets, sump pump work and installed a water softener. Highly recommend!

Enterprise does a great job. They are punctual and great to work with, very professional and courteous.
Description of Work: Kitchen Sink drain was clogged and was draining very slowly. Enterprise found blockage in the drain line and was able to clean out and repair the drain piping.

2 plumbers arrived on time, were very neat (wore shoe covers) and put drop cloth down - cleaned up after themselves, were very friendly and helpful and discussed upgrades.

Description of Work: Install ice maker line/rod out kitchen sink. 12/26/08 replace sump pump $485. 8/24/07 backup sump pump 1150. 2/18/09 replace 1 1/2 eject 620. Total 1,000. 270 disconnect water softener. Remove 2, 265.

I have been dealing with Enterprise Plumbing for over 10 years and i have never had a problem with them.They are very friendly and knowlegable.They explaine eveything so you really understand what the are going to do .They really care and are very respectful of your home by taking off their shoes when they enter your house and clean-up immaculately when they leave.A very good company.

EVERYTHING IS GREAT BUT THE PRICES! $265 TO INSTALL A LAUNDRY TUB & FAUCET (THAT WE ALREADY HAD PURCHASED AT HOME DEPOT), AND $187 TO FIX A SMALL LEAK. UNFORTUNATELY, NO OTHER PLUMBERS RESPONDED TO OUR CALLS FOR ESTIMATES, SO THAT''S WHAT HAPPENS!
