Specifically hired to connect cable tv wiring to one room, install landscape transformer & change 5 electric sockets. The cable did not work at all because there was no connection. The transformer was just replaced. Did not even attached the "eye" to run it automatically nor program the timer. He had no parts with him. Had to go buy them & charged us for the time spent shopping. The labor charges are extremely high. Very disappointed. Took several calls before I was able to tell him the above. Did not offer any solution to solve the issues.

The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they double booked for my first appointment and we had to reschedule. The work was done well, which included replacing a circuit breaker and repairing paired light switches. Ray also helped me reset my router to make sure my phones were back working before he left, which I felt demonstrated his professionalism.

Ray is very experienced. He solved multiple issue in one trip, and removed a fire hazard for me. Highly recommended.

Ray was on time, did the work to my expectations and when completed left no trace. Friendly and professional.

Ray quoted my antenna installation at $800-$950, which included the rental of a electric lift. After he performed the work he handed me a bill for $1200+. I asked him why so much more and he stated that the smaller lift wasn't available and he had to get a larger one. I also asked him why I was charged for 6.5 hours labor when he was only on the job for 5.5. He told me that he had to bring along his son to help him, and that he charged me an addition hour. In addition, Ray left the old antenna wiring dangling, and the new wiring looks messy and can be pulled in and out of the wall.
