I called to see why no one had shown up for my 10am appointment at 10:30, and was given an excuse that Home Advisor makes mistakes all the time with scheduling, and they did not have anyone to come to my house. The person I spoke with did confirm that he had seen the message regarding my appointment, however, but was dodgy when questioned further. No apology or offer to reschedule.

Attention to detail; personable

Specifically hired to connect cable tv wiring to one room, install landscape transformer & change 5 electric sockets. The cable did not work at all because there was no connection. The transformer was just replaced. Did not even attached the "eye" to run it automatically nor program the timer. He had no parts with him. Had to go buy them & charged us for the time spent shopping. The labor charges are extremely high. Very disappointed. Took several calls before I was able to tell him the above. Did not offer any solution to solve the issues.
