The guy was very nice, but he didnt have the corect cables and he left wires just hanging. I was also charged a trip charge and I was told on the phone that we were within the zone for no trip charge. He also didnt help move the furniture back.

The LVI technician was unable to resolve my issue, but that was due to circumstances beyond his control. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did his best, but eventually it was determined that the problem couldn't be rectified without major tree removal.
