Received an immediate response to my request for an estimate. Met within two days of my request. Received estimate which was competitive. Was satisfied with their experience in industry. After agreeing on system and price, the softener system was installed two days later. Whole process took one week to complete.

Earl knows more about water, water quality, and filter systems than probably anyone within a hundred miles. He was on time and worked well. I called him out to explain the function of the machine he had installed in a home I bought. He was very thorough in that explanation. He also changed two filters on the drinking water system and recharged the RO holding tank. If you want to learn about water, hardness, and systems; Earl is your guy. I am not convinced of the need for this system where the local hardness is purported to be about 4-7. I have no system in another house with hardness of about 7, and have had no issues with scale or cleaning in 25 years. His price for filters was higher than is available online, and they are not hard to install. The charge for the service call was pretty steep, $120. Frankly, I thought $50-$75 would be about the right price for a service call with filter sale. He did also replace a tank valve that seemed flimsy. We will be playing with the system, now that we understand it, in order to determine the quality of the water provided by Geneva with and without the additional processing. I am also not convinced that these three stage drinking water filters are any better than the Pur filter that you put in our refrigerator, though over the course of a year, and buying online, the cost is about the same.

Earl was awesome. He responded quickly and was very competitive. He was on-time and completed the install and removal as promised. Earl is a local guy that takes pride in servicing the community.

We don’t use them anymore. We had them out only for one service call. It went very well. The guy who came out was pretty knowledgeable. The service was pretty good. I don’t remember how much the service charge was; it was not much. It was pretty reasonable. We will definitely consider using them in the future.

It has been going very well. They came back to check the system. I told them the quote was to high and they did bring the quote down 2000. They did not have to do this and we chose them based on this.

They usually come once a year and add salt to our system and change the filters. They normally call and schedule a service call. However I jumped the gun this year. They are so nice and the service is excellent. They are always on time. If they are ever going to be late they will call ahead of time to let you know. This water system that we have is so efficient. I would recommend it to anyone. It may be a little more expensive, but in the long run it really saves you money.

They seemed very knowledgeable about water treatments and the problems we were having. They were very neat and efficient.
