Greg and his team did a fantastic job at a very affordable price. They were easy to work with and delivered a high quality driveway. I couldn't be more pleased.

I am having to replace the entire patio next summer because the crack was not filled in and the small section (about 1.5 square feet)_ was not able to be raised. I should have been told that this job was not suitable job for concrete raising. I paid the bill without argument, but feel It was money wasted.

Greg comes on nice and polite but then he becomes rude and uncontrollable. You cant ask him any questions because if you do he becomes very upset. He told my husband that he knows what he is doing. He is Unreliable. Greg called me and my husband a liar for what we paid for and I have a written contract which its all in there.

When they say satisfaction is guaranteed, they are not talking about customer service if there is an issue. I called Greg at least 12 times over a span of 6 months to come look at the poor quality work they did. On almost a 700 sq ft stamped concrete patio, there is a crack that runs down from one side to the other on my patio. Not to mention the large crumbling hole that appeared out of nowhere. This concrete did not even last 12 months and it is falling apart. I can get over all that, but the fact that Greg will NEVER actually come to look at it and fix it is the worst part. He keeps saying he will come to look, takes down my address and phone number, but never ever shows up. Once they have your money, you might as well just delete their contact info because if you have a problem.

It started off great as they offered competitive prices for a colored concrete driveway. It was hot out but they finished the job in two days total. 2 days later I noticed a stress crack along the garage as it appears that the ground was uneven beneath the concrete. There was also chunk of concrete that did not mix well and it left a hole in the driveway. it took 7 weeks of constant calling for them to return with some black concrete mix that they pressed in the hole and left it (my driveway is not black). Now the best part... A neighbor contacted me that the workers were using the side of our house for a toilet. We live on a corner and they used the exposed side of the house for a toilet. I could not believe it but I have a lot of security cameras around the property so I checked tape. Multiple times, I showed every worker peeing on the side of my house. The best part is I also caught the Owner of the company defecating in the yard on the Exposed side of my house as well. I could not believe what I was seeing. My wife went out and literally had to clean up his poop from our yard. They are very unprofessional and I would never recommend this company.

Nothing special to report.

The driveway is disintegrating after 10 months, Greg the owner will not return calls. The install seemed ok other than they did not clean up, left nails and garbage all over the yard. The quality of the cement is horrible. Just do yourself a favor and do not hire these guys. I have no idea why they will not even return calls. Just horrible customer service.

Gregg and his team did an excellent job. They replace an old wood deck with a beautiful stamped concrete patio. The team worked so well together, jumping in to help each other, with no one standing around. They were professional, courteous and hard working. They left the site clean and in good shape. I would highly recommend Custom Concrete.

We couldn't be more pleased with Greg & his team! They replaced our old cracked concrete patio with a gorgeous new stamped concrete in a custom design. Everything was handled professionally and exactly as promised. We highly highly recommend Custom Concrete!

Good work performed but extremely poor cleanup after completing the work. Left behind nails, rebar, wood poles, etc. Left pieces of pored concrete in landscape. Used water hoses and didn’t clean after use.

They solved and repaired my garage floor in a timely manner and it is great. I would definitely recommend them.

Be sure to get a formal quote after the initial walk through a couple things weren't discussed before leaving. Making sure everyone is on the same page.
