After taking about three month to finally begin the project (well over twice the amount of time I was told) the workers severed a phone line. The phone company came out and fixed the problem, but I now had a phone line laying across a portion of the newly constructed patio. Maxedon was informed of this and promised to take care of the problem. I didn't hear from them again that year. I received an invoice from them in the early spring of this year -- with interest, no less! I called again and spoke with their landscape designer, Cole Koester, who once again promised the issue would be take care very shortly. Nobody ever showed up! Another invoice arrived in the summer. I went ahead and paid the principle to be done with it once and for all, but did not pay the interest. Very bad, unprofessional company with which to deal! Steer clear of these people!
Description of Work: Relayed an old brick patio.

We were not very satisfied with their work at all. What stands out the most is that the work was not done satisfactorily.
Description of Work: They did some grading of land area and they built retaining walls.
