+ -1 morepricing bait and switch .Quoted 2 men crew $60 per hr. estimated time 1 to 2 days. act bill $2780 for 1/2 acre leaf blowing . charged $60 hr per man bill 46 hr.tried to talk to owner but he would not return call

+ -1 morei wanted my yard graded away from my house and into a shallow swell to direct it to the ditch. after asking them countless times to start the job, they kept putting us off after getting my money up front they started the job when i was out of town on business. these complete idiots, after both supervisors where told what and how i wanted it done, scraped my yard down from myhouse to property line putting my yard about 12 inches below the neighbors. when i complained they said to bad that's how we decided to do it. by scraping all my top soil off i have had the worst looking yard in the neighborhood and have been having to pay out of pocket to have topsoil spread just to get grass growing again. i wouldnt hire these completely arrogant idiots to till a garden. now just a side thought, if you have money or the right last name they will do a good job but if they think you are just poor white trash who cant make waves or want to take the time to sue them they will take your money, ignore what you want done, screw everything up, and then say to bad. MAKE SURE YOU PUT INTO WRITING EVERYTHING YOU WANT DONE EXACTLY LIKE YOU WANT IT DONE AND HAVE THE USELESS LITTLE A******* SIGN IT.
