Rich was easy to deal at each step of the way--getting us the estimate when he said he would to completing the job and keeping us informed along the way. The work was completed at the estimated cost. Description of Work: We had a new meter loop installed at our home--a new line from the utility pole where the meter is located to our home electric panel. Work involved digging a trench from the pole approximately 200' in length with two 90 degree turns to the house, putting the new electric line into conduit in the trench and having the new line come into the house at a different entry point. The new service line was then attached to our existing electric panel. Additionally, a separate new line was installed from our shed to the house.
