+ -1 moreThis company violates usuary laws. They turn it to a lawyer instead of collection agencies. Update 03/06/13: I was slow pay and instead of turning to a collection agency , over to their lawyer. Costing me double. They refused to settle. They responded on your site to my complaint with a made up phone compliment from a supposed other client. Said it was from a phone recording which cannot be verified. This to try and clean up bad PR. Things have a pecking order. They did their best to make my experience with them a very bad one. Would not recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: My issue with this company is they didn't get rid of the fleas and my cat died as a result.I slow paid only because I am on disability and had a busted pipe plumbing issue that kept me from paying.I paid 125.00 on a 250.00 bill and was paying it off 50.00 at a time. The pest control place sent me a total of 3 statements that did not reflect the payments I made. Instead of turning it into a collection acency, they turned it to their lawyer and that turned that 250.00 bill to a 450.00 bill. This is against usuary laws. I was going to pay off the bill the next month. I do not refer anyone to them as they are using unethical collection practices. I have written complaints to the attorney general's office and to the better business bureau. I paid off the blood sucking lawyer immediately then posted to every one of my contacts(over 700) on Facebook to stay away from them. This is Arab Pest Control in Effingham, Illinois. Do not use them! Update 03/06/13: flea, roach pest control.. didn't do the job. 2 cats died as a result from illness left by remaining fleas.

+ -1 moreWe have used them for 12 years. They have always done a very good job. We have gotten to know the owner over the years and he is very personable. All the men who work for him do a very good job and are very personable. It makes a difference having them in your home. If we have had an issue where and insect has shown up, they have always come back and retreated it at no cost. We have never had an issue. They come and schedule quickly. They call and confirm your appointment the night before. They show up when they say they will. The tech that came last time was willing to give us his personal cell phone number should we run into an issue, so he could come right out and treat it. We would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We used ARAB TERMITE & PEST CONTROL last Fall. We had them come into our new house and treat for different insects.
