+ -1 moreThere was some miscommunication and he didn't show up when I expected. However, he was very apologetic, rescheduled, and everything went smoothly from there. The quality of the work was good. In fact, later on I hired someone to make some railings for the stairs, and that person specifically commented on how well made the stairs were.
