Description of Work: Gave me a bid in Fall 2014 and arranged to do work within 2 weeks. Took 50% deposit and cashed it. Kept putting off job until it was too cold to do the outside work. When Spring came I got the run around for about a month and then he sent me a refund and said he was too busy with bigger jobs.
