Mark's Tree Trim & Removal

This company was recommended by another service on Angie’s List. I called and left two voicemails with all of my contact information and work details. After almost two weeks since my first call, I still have not been contacted. I would completely understand if they were too busy to get to my job right away, but I expect at least a call back.

Mark was responsive and very easy to work with. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and told me just to send him the check when I saw that the trees were gone. We didn't schedule - I didn't expect to. My job was small and I simply expected it to be fit in when possible. My trees were cut down by the end of the week. I highly recommend Mark. He also did some work for me years ago, taking down a tree in a complex situation so that it did not hit our house or a neighbors. His company does excellent work and Mark is very focused on serving customers well.

When I called Mark's Tree Trim & Removal on 10/19/15 requesting a free estimate for removal of a tree from our yard, as well as trimming of several shrubs, my call went to voicemail, where I was assured someone would call back to respond. It has been four weeks since I left that message, & no one has ever returned my call. This is poor business practice, in my opinion. If his business was really that backed up, he should have at least have returned my call to say so & let me know when we might expect him to come out to give the estimate.
