Very well. Work was done for my mother, who does not know a lot about computers. Tech was prompt, patient, and thorough. After being called one evening, he came to the house to do the initial work the next morning, took things to his office, then returned the next day to complete the work. Everything was explained thoroughly and programs were reinstalled. I could not be more pleased with the selection of this company.
Description of Work: Attempted to rescue hard drive; replaced hard drive in PC.
