Work went well

Dale was amazing. He came out a spoke with me and was very professional. He came back today to speak with my husband and signed an agreement. Looking forward to completing the job with them.

On the strong recommendation of a neighbor, I contacted GTHS after the hail storm of Feb 2017. Rob Weimers was the contractor who came out and did the initial inspection. He was very thorough and importantly he was extremely effective in showing the insurance adjustor the damage and all of the cost of the roof, and gutters and downspouts, and other damages were completely covered. The roof was put up in late summer by a large team of roofers and they did an excellent job. My roof is very steep and has a complex geometry and the fit and finish of the work is excellent. They completed the roof in a few days and completed the gutter and down spout work one week later. Throughout the process I was able to reach Rob Weimers through his personal cell phone and he either answered or quickly returned my calls later in the same day. He was always familiar with the details of the project and pleasantly accommodated my concerns and also my request for some non- storm damage work ( new shutters, trim work), upgrading the shingles to Owens Corning Duration Storm shingles and the installation of gutter screens at a reasonable added cost to me. He was always easy going and polite.

Submitted a request for a bid on this job to Angie's List on a Friday night. Mr. Jeff Stevens of GTHS showed up the next morning. We discussed the repair and he fixed it on the spot. Was very happy to have it completed. Mr. Stevens was polite, professional and fair. He was responsive and focused on customer service. Would definitely hire him again.

Working with GTHS was definitely worthwhile. Dwayne was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during this project as well as being very professional and getting things done in a timely manner. Dwayne also did a great job when it came to working with our insurance company to have them correct any mistakes that were found as well as taking care of any supplements that were not included. Great!! Super to work with and excellent coordination with our insurance company as roofing and siding resulted from hail damage. Communication critical due to disputes over claim and original adjuster. Insurance company worked well with contractor to address the issues.

Last November a hail storm damaged our roof. Green Tree Home Solutions helped us through the process by coordinating with our insurance company and being present with the insurance adjuster. The Green Tree staff were never pushy and always attentive to my concerns. In addition to the storm damage, I had drainage issues on a portion of the roof. Green Tree listened to my concerns and made recommendations to fix these issues. These recommendations became part of the work order, and they have been completed to my satisfaction. The work crews were courteous and cleaned up the job site after completing the work. I highly recommend Green Tree Solutions for home improvements and insurance claims.

Crews completed work in a timely manner. Due to personal issues and inconsistent weather issues, staining of deck was postponed several times. However, the deck is absolutely beautiful and looks brand new. Jeff had extremely attentive to wrapping each metal spindle abd removing and lose wood in flooring before staining. He did an outstanding job!

All of the repairs were done in a timely manner with the exception of the siding which was delayed by the insurance company trying to find a close match to our current siding.

Green Tree provided options, with clear pricing and understanding of the process. Managers inspected the job, found a few things we didn't even see, and had the crew come back to fix them. The crew worked hard and were professional. Good quality, trustworthy, professional. Worth your time to seek them out.

Since that time I have talked with them about the job. I believe they have adequately addressed all my concerns. The finished product was very good and I can now recommend them. During the time frame when my job was done there were many jobs ie job overload that contributed to my problems

Last fall when our home was hit by a hail storm we called Green Tree Home Solutions at the suggestion of a friend who experienced a similar fate and hired GTHS. The field rep was cordial and professional. He surveyed the damage and found hail damage in places we had not even thought of. He did temporary repairs to our skylights and helped us submit our insurance claim. He returned and met with the insurance adjuster. There were delays due to the weather but when the work did begin it went very quickly. New roof, siding, gutters and sky lights in only a few days. We would recommend Green Tree Home Solutions to anyone and did so to our neighbors who also had them do work on their home. In our opinion GTHS deserves an A plus rating. Roger and Karen.

Excellent, our field manager Jeff was outstanding throughout the entire process. and returned to give a second look after the roof dried, his hunches and expertise were RIGHT ON!

I was referred to this company through a friend and I am more than impressed with the level of professionalism from this company and Jeff in particular. Jeff worked with me on getting paperwork from my insurance company, explained everything that was needed and what would be accomplished in detail. When the insurance company sent their adjuster out to look at the roof Jeff came and was present at that appointment as well. I do believe the process of dealing with the insurance company was much smoother due to Jeff's involvement. Green Tree took care of me and my concerns from the get go. I would NOT hesitate to hire them again in the future for any items that needed to be accomplished. Professional, courteous, honest, diligent and knowledgeable employees and organization to work with.

GREAT! Overall communication was very timely. Salesman, Rob, answered all my questions before the work started. The work went smoothly, and it was helpful to have them be the go-between for my insurance company. The roof looks really good, and no concerns with anything after. I even referred a couple of my friends to them.

I chose Green Tree because they are a local. From the start, communication with company personnel was very good. From their Field Representative, Dwayne Anderson, who initially came out and determined the damage and met with my insurance agent, to the job site manager, Bill McCleery who immediately took care of any questions/issues that arose during the course of the job. I was also very impressed with the crew and the job they did, especially in cleaning up around the house & yard.

Great! Green Tree responded promptly and were very professional in their interactions with us. They arrived on time, worked very diligently, and did a great job with the clean up. We have observed no further roofing problems in subsequent rainstorms.
