Edwardsville Garage Door

Door looks good and functioned for 1st 6 months. Earlier in the spring of 2016, the door started to go back up after making it 2 feet from closing. Eventually, I found that the bolts mounting the track to the lower part of our wall, which is concrete...were not set into anchors. They were simply drilled into the concrete, and of course did not stay. The track bent and is pinning the door on it's way down. Edwardsville Door only has ladies that answer the phone that just take messages. I've left about 5 messages and a couple emails over the course of the past 2 months to no reply from anyone that knows anything. I'm just told that my warranty was only for 12 months, even though the issue occurred 6 months after use, since it sat for 6 months being completed elsewhere. Anchors should have been used and now I guess I'll have to fix their poor installation...

Been having problems with garage door sometimes not closing all the way. Thinking I knew the problem, I kept adjusting the sensors and that would seem to work, but the problem was getting to be more often. The day it was going to snow, door would not stay closed at all and I had to be gone all day. Anyway, I called these fine people and they not only got to it the same day, they fixed the problem and didn't have to replace the sensors. He had quoted me $140 but only charged for the service call, $90. They even changed the burned out light bulb. Excellent People. I will call them the next time ANYTHING goes wrong , just to see if they want to do it!
