Cardinal Catastrophe was the perfect company to take care of the damage to our house following a bad hail storm. We had zero experience with filing this type of insurance claim and Cardinal helped us navigate the process every step of the way. A representative drove to our house and met with us soon after we called and took care of all the necessary paperwork and contact with the insurance company. Our project manager was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful and quick to respond. She kept us updated as the materials were ordered, delivery times and workers on the premises since I work mid shifts with many different groups working on the roof, siding, gutters, downspouts and garage door. Not only does all the work done look awesome, all the parties responsible for the work were polite and cleaned up after themselves so there was nothing left behind. Soon after the work was done each day another representative would respond and ensure the work site was cleaned up to our satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that our roof and extensive repairs were exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs!

Angela Wachowski and the Cardinal team provided outstanding customer service level and professionalism during the repair of our home after a major hail storm. Angela handled every detail of repairing our home without any intervention from us. Particularly impressive and helpful was how Angela assisted in resolving several issues that were outside the control of Cardinal, yet Angela made sure everything was taken care of. They also met with our insurance adjuster after we filed our claim to ensure no damage was overlooked. Their crews were respectful and very professional. ________________________________________ The Project Manager with Cardinal Catastrophe Services returned my initial phone call promptly and scheduled a convenient time to come to my home to inspect the roof and give me an estimate. He arrived at the scheduled time and began with a thorough inspection of the roof. He took the time to explain the condition of the roof and suggested replacing the entire roof with architectural shingles. He provided me with a detailed estimate of all the work to be provided. He also took the time to answer all our additional questions and told me to call him if I had any other questions. The Project Manager and his team were prompt, professional and extremely courteous throughout the entire job. They worked diligently and quickly. They took extra precautions to ensure all the debris was disposed of properly and the job site was meticulously maintained. The entire experience was positive and hassle free. Cardinal Catastrophe made the storm damage repairs much easier than I expected. The project manager, Angela, took care of everything and gave us frequent updates of our repairs. She was available in the evenings. We feel she did an excellent job on checking for all the damages caused by the storm. Stacy has been fabulous with managing payment services and very helpful with getting payments settled and finalized. Would definitely use them again!

Back in November, 2017, we had a very bad hail storm hit our area. We had damage to our roof, gutters, screens, deck and siding. We had to choose a company to help us with our damaged house. After meeting Mr. Ben Hester with Cardinal Catastrophe Services, we knew this was the company to complete the repair work. Mr. Hester has done a great job in completing all projects in a timely manner. We have a new roof, new gutters, repaired siding, new screens and the deck has been repaired. Mr. Hester did a fantastic job in dealing with our insurance company. He answered all questions and made sure all work was completed professionally and to our satisfaction. Cardinal Catastrophe Services did an outstanding job replacing our hail damaged roof, gutters, downspouts, and siding. Their project manager (PM) assigned to our claim was very knowledgeable in identifying all the damaged components and explaining the entire repair process from start to finish. The PM was also great in explaining all the options in materials that are available. The PM was our single point of contact for coordination of all the repair work, and even met with our insurance adjuster during the onsite claim inspection to ensure that no eligible damage was overlooked. The whole experience was smooth and relatively stress-free considering the extent of the hail damage. Great job Cardinal!

There was a massive hail storm in our area in February 2017 and our entire area was affected. It was devastating and we had so much damage. This is never something any homeowner wants to deal with. We would walk around our neighborhood and see all the houses with signs in their yards for the companies they chose to do the work on their homes. We overwhelmingly saw a lot of Cardinal Catastrophe signs which led us to call them. We were so impressed with Angela and her willingness to help. She came right out and met with us and was not pushy at all and we appreciated that. She went above and beyond trying to get us the most out of this horrible experience. She walked around with us and assessed everything and caught much more than our initial insurance adjuster had and that was huge for us. Cardinal Catastrophe replaced our roof, gutters, and much of our siding. There was a small section of siding that was damaged prior to the storm, and they replaced that for us as well. They repainted our deck also and it looks amazing! Angela was able to work directly with our insurance company to get the additional costs covered, not making us worry about it. I can’t tell you what a relief that was. We even had these hand painted/decorated, one of a kind Adirondack chairs that were damaged and she found someone to re do them and we were beyond excited! We would definitely recommend Angela and her team at Cardinal Catastrophe!

If you are in the need of a new roof and gutters Cardinal Catastrophe is a MUST CALL. A+ company all around - their employee, customer service, installation, and professionalism are best in class. I am so thankful that our insurance company required us to submit two bids because our first bid came from a (big name) roofing company out of St. Louis that expected their name alone to secure our business. I was blown away after meeting with Cardinal to quote our home on their thoroughness: walking us through the entire process, explaining the advantages/benefits of their product and installation process versus the competition, their willingness to inspect every inch of our home to find damage in areas that the insurance company chose not to detect and reimburse for. Cardinal worked directly with the insurance company and got them to supplement additional funds to cover the damage they did not originally detect. Pete managed our project and was extremely easy to work with and readily available throughout the entire process. A+ company - and a must to come quote your project - will be referring Cardinal whenever I can!

A tree fell on my house in June 2015. I called Aaron at Cardinal Catastrophe Services because I had used them in the past when I needed a whole new roof in 2012. They did a wonderful job both in 2012 and this time. My roof is beautiful and the job was done on time, both times. Aaron and the team were absolute experts at working with my insurance company to get everything covered both times. My only expense was my deductible; they made sure insurance paid the rest. I was so grateful to have a company working for me who were pros at dealing with my insurance company since I had know idea where to start.
