Description of Work: Phil and his builders built a new house for me over the summer. I had no problems with them during the entire length of the project. They communicated very well along each and every step. Would definitely recommend them to anyone building a new home.

+ -1 moreWe called Dennis and Phil prior to purchasing a piece of land, showed them the approximate style of house we were looking at and from that moment on they were there to answer our questions and guide us through the process. I had many special requests, including significant changes to the blueprints, they gave us suggestions that we are so glad we included in the plans. Our house is perfect and we know we would not have had the same kind of personal experience with any other builder.
Description of Work: Bonne Terre Construction worked with us from beginning to end building our home. They were very accessible, reasonable and flexible to work with. My house is everything I wanted and I would strongly recommend that anyone thinking of building a house - no matter where you are in the process, call them. We called them before we bought the land where our house was built and they did all kinds of extras for us, including staking out the land with different options for where our house would physically sit, different angles etc. They took care of everything from permits to installing the mailbox.
