Description of Work: They came to replace broken slate tiles and seal around the chimney. The two workers did a good job, but since it rained they had to leave, but returned when we weren't home to finish the rest 2 days after they said they would come. Also when we asked for "after" pictures they said it wasn't on their paperwork to take pictures so they couldn't.

Description of Work: They applied 3 coats of water-proofing to our brick chimney above the roof line and resealed flashing joints to resolve a leak. This appears to have solved the problem as we have seen no further evidence of it in 2 months. They also recommended resealing the vents on the roof while they were up there as a preventive measure, which we agreed to.

Description of Work: Could not provide the service on our roof. I am unable to find anyone who ca do this job. Suggested I hire a handyman and purchase the product to get the moss off our roof.
