The employees were very pleasant & courteous. The removed & cleaning was excellent.

Was a two part project-building up the bay window roof & attacking flintastic bitumen roofing project. Then gutters could be installed-A short delay (2-days) for this but it is complete looks good!

As always Massey did a fabulous job. They were on time took off 3 legend of shingle, reroofed garage and cleaned up leaving everything as it was before.

They were here when they informed me they would arrive. Everything was finished in one day.

Roofing crew was on time and very professional. All work completed on time and a complete clean up of the yard and roof completed when the job was done.

Very nice, called to keep in touch about schedule delays due to rain, completed the repair in one day. No more leaks!

Great. Responsive to request for quote and questions relative to quoted work. Very competitive pricing relative to two other companies. Promptly delivered shingle samples to finalize material selection. Work was scheduled in a timely manner. Crew arrived on time, and was courteous and professional. They did a nice job protecting a new driveway and landscaping around the house during tear-off and delivery of the roofing materials. Listened too and addressed my concerns relative to specific areas on the roof that had presented problems previously. Painted the pipes and rusty steel chimney enclosure greatly enhancing the overall appearance and complimenting the new roof. Only surprise was when they came up 3 bundles short of finishing the roof, which, due to a holiday weekend, extended the job a couple of days. Roof was water tight and performed well through some rain. They returned as promised to finish it up. All in all, very pleased with the end result and I would recommend them to others in need of a new roof.

They did a good job and got the job done since there were four workers.

My leaky flat roof needed to be replaced. There was a delay in getting the job scheduled, but they showed up at the appointed time and got right to it.When they left, I had a new flat roof. Scope had to be changed a bit once they got going, but the solution was quickly set-up and speedily implemented. Roof looks great and water stays on the outside. I?d certainly use them again!

Dennis made a house call, explained what was needed, & priced what we wanted, explained how they do their work & the warranty office faxed a contract the next day. They really tried to accommodate a special need we had for timing, but the weather took a wicked turn. He talked a good game - and they did everything exactly as he said they would.

The provider was supposed to come on Thursday to start the project; however, Wednesday was a rainy day so I assumed they had to finish up the other project before tending to ours. Nonetheless, they only came 1 day late. No big deal. They arrived very early on Friday around 6:45 AM.Around 5 or 6 guys came to work on the roof. They ripped the old shingles down which is a very messy process, however, they were extremely neat with everything our entire garden and yard was nearly untouched. Everyday when they packed up they would make sure it would look like they weren't there. They left around 3:45pm. They arrived around 7:00am, on Saturday, finished up the project. They worked until 5:30pm because not as many guys were working probably around 4 to 5. One of the guys asked me if he could come back tomorrow to finish up some small things. He did look very exhausted so, I said of course. I got up on the roof on Monday to see the quality of the work and was extremely pleased. They even took it a step further and painted our chimney, which was very rusted and nasty looking. Also, they put back the gutter guards. Instead of just pushing it in the gutter which is how we "installed" it. They glued them to the gutter, which was awesome! Overall, I was very pleased with the work they did. We got 3 estimated from Massey, River City Roofing, and Kreiling Roofing. Kreiling estimated nearly $5,000 more than Massey and River City, not only a terrible estimate it was difficult to get a hold of someone to even come give an estimate. Massey and River City had only a couple hundred dollar difference. But we decided to go with Massey because they had amazing reviews on Angie's List! Turned out to be the right choice. Thanks Angie and Thank you Massey! FYI I only gave them a B on price because no one wants to pay 12,000 + dollars on anything. But if anyone deserves it, it's Massey!

Price estimate on roof was similar to the company I chose, but price on gutters was three times higher. I was also afraid they'd some how make a mistake and put the roof on the wrong house given their scheduling issues.

Massey Roofing was on time both days, done excellent job. Very good crew. Fast from start to finish. Very pleased with work done.

They kept everything very clean. They worked quickly and got the job done sufficiently. They were the highest bid in our area but they did a very good job. As far as watching them work and what they did, they were very good.

The experience turned out pretty good. Their clean up could have been better. They cleaned up but not as well. The gutters weren't as clean as what they should have been, but they did a good job, as far as the roofing went.

They were professional in their estimate and fixed the problem very quickly. However a very close area from site that they fixed started leaking shortly after. We do not know if their presence in the roof precipitated this new leak.

Everything went well. There was some unevenness in the roofing that could not be eliminated due to settling of an addition to the structure. Roofer worked with us to resolve all issues and completed the job as expected.

Representative arrived 30 minutes early. When I met him at the door he greeted me by name and asked if it was OK that he was early. After showing him the leak, he immediately went to work examining the roof. After a short time he gave me the bad news ( I knew what was coming) that the roof needed to be replaced. He gave me a ball park figure for replacement and after mentioning that we had 2 kids in college, mentioned that they could do the front half first and the back half later, making the cost more manageable. I love it when a business is willing to work with you. He took measurements and offered to do 2 estimates, one for the front half only and one for the entire job.. I am presently waiting for the estimate.

Dennis arrived at my home at the given date and time set for an estimate to replace my roof. he had taken all the measurements and explained everything that would be included in the price of installing the new roof. Two days later, I received a proposal from their company listing everything that was to be done, I signed the proposal and sent it back to the company. about a week later, Dennis called and set up a time for the installation, they arrived at 6:30 am and began removing two layers of shingles, loaded the old shingles in their truck, they laid out tarps all around the house to catch any debris (nails, shingles etc.) that would fall off the roof. they moved all patio furniture and plants (flowers) away from the house and patio. All new shingles was hand nailed to the roof, no air nailers, they also installed a new 16 foot ridge vent. After the installation they cleaned up all the debris, set all the patio furniture and flowers back to their original places, cleaned off the driveway.... They arrived at 6:30 am and completed the job by 2 pm. I am very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism they showed. I would say that their price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Massey Roofing to anyone that is in need of their services.

Massey Roofing was very professional. I have a large house with a 3 stall attached garage. The roofing job was done in two days, with the roofers starting very early in the morning. The roofers cleaned everything up and put all my patio furniture back where they originally found it.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like it. They do everything nail by hand, they don’t use guns, and that's what stands out about them than anybody else. I compared prices, and their prices are the same as everybody else. I priced around several companies and they were all the same; I didn’t come up with anything that was over the top, it was all about the same range.
