If someone can review this company who never used them and give them an F. Then I as a neighbor can try to rectify their grade. The pool was built in the 1970,s and my neighbor was having increasing problems maintaining their pool pool crafters remedied all issues and their masons are doing a beautiful job with the new brick.

We have a 30+ year old inground swimming pool that we are in the process of remodeling. Pool Crafters wrote in their advertisement, "swimming pool building and remodeling, liner replacement, deck replacement/repair." Their ad also states "Call us for your whole backyard makeover."They have been in business since 1972 and our pool was installed in 1977 so we thought they would know how to help us with some coping repairs. We had already hired a contractor to remove and replace the concrete decking, but needed help in finding replacement coping and having it installed. When my husband called Pool Crafters and explained the situation to him, my husband was told "this doesn't sound like something I want to tackle." My husband and I were both appalled as Pool Craters had advertised themselves as doing pool remodeling. Because our pool is so old and built differently (concrete bottom and fiberglass walls), it is difficult to find companies who know how to repair that type. We were hopeful that Pool Crafters could help, but after that phone call, needless to say, we were not impressed in the least and would never recommend this company for pool remodeling or repairs.
