The trash pick up guy is the only person that seems to know what he's doing, and cares about it. He is why I didn't go to a "D" and just gave them an overall "C." Customer service tries. The first problem I had was when our credit card was old and expired. We got no communication from them, by mail or phone. They said when they call by phone they don't leave voicemail. So what's the point? No emails either? So our account went unpaid and one Monday or dumpster was gone. We had no idea what was going on. Called them and they explained all this, and that we owed them $. Then they said we couldn't restart at our old rate, because we were cancelled for so long that we couldn't restart under our neighborhood's negotiated rate. (Our HOA has a contract with them) Then with slow response from our HOA, this impasse continued for another couple months. Meanwhile, our hero, the lowly trash guy, still would pick up our bags from the front driveway. Not the recycling though, so we went non-green for a while. Six months later, we finally got it resolved. Back to our original negotiated rate. New credit card given and automatic pay set up. All was well, till our dumpster was gone again on January 4, 2016! They didn't set up the card for auto-pay after all. I had to hunt for the number for customer service, because it is not readily available on their website. It's like they don't want to talk to us. Some poor lady in CS had to listen to me that day. I told her it wasn't her fault personally, but the company she worked for was at fault. We had another dumpster the next morning, although it was a disgusting one. I wish we could've had ours back, so nice and clean looking. Then my wife told me they are overcharging us. We shouldn't owe nearly $200 for 6 months of trash pick up. We have a $96 credit on the bill, so I think this was sorted out, but we shall see. When it is time for our HOA to negotiate for new trash service, I will encourage them to seek another company. And that is putting it as nicely as I can.
