None of that he said she said communication breakdown. I hate that. I'm organized, have a good eye for detail, and will preform any job as if it was on my own house. I'm 45 with 20+ yrs construction experience. I'm more than competent with bigger scopes of work but honestly I'd rather not waste your time. I'm a trim carpenter first and can do most everything else in construction but HVAC electrical plumbing or block work (foundations) Even if it's just pictures you need hung, down to that some assembly required project you don't have time to do I'm your guy. You have that door thats never open or shut right i bet i can fix it. Your buying new cabinets from a big name seller but dont want to pay their installation fee? If I fail you I fail myself. Estimates are free. If you prefer just an hourly wage it's 40/hr
