This is the second time I have had Eric to the house in the last month. He has been on time, works very quickly, and is willing to explain what he is doing to a novice. I would highly recommend to others.

Called Eric on 6/9/15 in the afternoon, told him that hot water heater went out, he said he would be able to install one the next day, he told me that I could purchase one or that he could bring one with him, he ask me what time would be convenient for me, told him the earlier, the better, I ask him if he could install around 6:00am, he agreed to be here at that time, I purchased the heater and had it here for him, he arrived at exactly 6 am and installed the heater, he took the old heater and and box that new heater came in with him. He is very professional and does a first class job, very friendly. This is the second time I have called Eric to do my plumbing work and will be sure to use him again in the future. I highly recommend !!!

Had a water leak under sink, discovered that water was leaking from the bottom of the disposal, Went to Lowe's to see if I could have one installed the next day, (2days before Christmas) they said it would be after Christmas before they could do the work, they gave me this Company to call, talked to Eric Salzer, said he would be here at 8:30 am the next day to replace. showed up right at 8:30, removed the old disposal and replaced it with the one I had purchased, Was here right at an hour, cleaned up under the sink and took the old disposal with him to discard, He was very pleasant. He also gave me an estimate on replacing my hot water heater, which I will be contacting him very soon to install. AA+ for overall performance.

Their pricing was reasonable and their quality was excellent. They were timely and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy and I haven't had any issues.
