Lowe's stood behind the warranty. I ended up calling corporate and they sent me a check for a new refrigerator and told me that I didn't even need to use at their store. They handled my situation well. They were sympathetic. They delivered two damaged refrigerators, then damaged my front door. They will pay for the repair. I think the delivery guy was tired and it was a big refrigerator.

It went well. I have Woodfront fronted cabinets from 10 years ago. Woodfront remade the size needed for new wall oven. Lowe's then installed in cabinet. Went well, no problems. Came on time.

I love Lowe's. It's my second home. I'll sleep there if I had a bed. The prices are low compared to others. If you know who to find, you're in good fate, but if you don't, you're just kind of out there. If you ask for help, you will get it but you have to wait.

The guy who did the planning of the kitchen was very good. It was unbelievable the space he got out of my small kitchen compared to the space I use to have. Their prices and quality of work were excellent. The men were always on time. They rejected the cabinets if there was something they didn't like. They put up all the cabinets within a week. I would use their services again in the future.

They are well stocked but under staffed. I am pleased with the store and plan to return in the future.

They're very professional. However, I live on a narrow private line and they did block that private lane with their big truck and did upset one of the neighbors trying to get through. I was very happy with the delivery on the washer, with the dyer it was a different crew, I asked them to park in my driveway. They didn't hook it up, it was a gas dryer, and they didn't level it and made excuses why they couldn't. I wasn't as happy with the delivery of the dryer. They called ahead of time and all that.
