I had gotten water in my basement, and had no idea how it was getting in. A friend recommended I call LaHood Brothers Construction. Joey was at the house the next day. He did a full analysis of the house, from the inside out. He was very thorough in explaining how water travels around a house, drains, and methods to keep water from entering your house. Not only did he identify the problem in that the water around my house had nowhere to drain to and was creating water pressure up and around my house, but he also identified a crack in the foundation that was hidden by drywall. I had no idea the crack was there and that water was also entering on the opposite wall. Joey and team filled the crack promptly and explained every detail of the process. Joey also helped coordinate a drainage system to be installed on the exterior of the house to relieve the water pressure around the house. Since these improvements, not an ounce of water has entered the house on either wall, even during the wettest Spring I have ever experienced. Thank you to Joey and team for your honest and thorough partnership. You helped me through a situation I did not know how to handle.

Joe's crew did a great job and for a reasonable price. They were very responsive to my questions and completed the job on time. After the job had been completed an issue had arose with the project. I notified Joe and he came out and fixed the issue to my satisfaction. Since then the basement which had a severe flooding has stayed dry.

Joe was very professional. Work was done in just a few days. First time in 30 years we had a dry basement in the spring.
