+ -1 moreExtremely disappointed ! I thought Kull Scape would stand behind their work but I was wrong. I spent $20,000 having them landscape my backyard and repeatedly told them the grade had to insure that rain water flowed away from the walkout basement .....they failed! The dry well they built caused water to back up into my previously dry for twenty years finished basement repeatedly until I hand dug a 90 foot trench to drain the rain water. I vacuumed over 1300 gallons of water from my basement over two months. Certified letters to Kull and responses to the Better Business bureau for basement repair costs have gone unanswered.

Description of Work: I Went to Kullscapes In east Peoria on a Sunday a few weeks back and started talking to the employees, they were very nice and very helpful they set me up with a business account immediately, They saved me a lot of money from the previous provider i had used. I bout 6 cubic yards of rock had it delivered they were earlier then they said which was awesome and they even made two trips over 20 miles to me twice in the same day. They kept me Very happy and my customer as well.

Description of Work: I called Kull Scape for an estimate on a patio I wanted installed on the front of our home. I talked to a gentleman and he said he would come over and look at the area where we wanted to patio and he would get back with me. He called me the next day and said he would get an estimate in the mail. Two weeks went by and I never received the estimate. I called and asked to talk to the same gentleman. He was very nice an apologized that we had not received the estimate. He said he would get another one in the mail right away. Two weeks went by, no estimate. I went with another company.
