+ -1 moreVery professional. Kern plumbing was the second one I called. The first guy said he would need to go through my drywall to change out my bathroom faucet. Nate (Kern plumbing) was able to do it w/o going through my drywall! He also looked a my kitchen faucet and advise me to call Delta and said what I needed. I now have a new bathroom shower/tub fixture and free part from Delta to fix my kitchen faucet. Thank you!

Turns out that there was not a problem with my property but the neighbor had a water leak that was draining onto my property. I was very grateful that the technician found the problem fast and we alerted the neighbor.

+ -1 moreThe provider was punctual and prepared for the job. He did not ask any questions at all after I let him know what I expected. The job site was cleaned and you could not even tell the work was just done. I have had absolutely no issues with the system i.e. leaks, sounds etc. I would use him again in a minute. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!
