Jeff was very professional bidding on both jobs to be performed and quoted me fair price. We had the gutters installed first and the crew did an excellent job fighting the extreme hot days, wasps and being careful around our new flowers. One of the workers was stung badly and had to leave. To my surprise, both men returned a short time later and worked the rest of the day. We have a large home which was completed in 2 days. We were pleased to see quality work done so timely. We did pick up a few things afterwords but were happy with the new gutters. Work began on the 3 season room two weeks later. They framed the walls and wrapped in aluminum on most of room in 2 days. The windows and door were ordered, and after a small delay all items were installed. The transformation from a porch to this 3 season room was incredible. We love how the finished product turned out. The windows glide in sections allowing for maximum breeze. The crew took extra care to make us happy and performed well above our expectations. Thanks to Jeff and the whole group at Four Seasons....GREAT job!! It will be our pleasure to refer in future.

*****This review is long! You probably don't need to read it all. Here's the concise version: Other companies sell and install gutters and gutter protection. If you need gutters, which you obviously do since you are on Angie's List reading gutter company reviews, there is really no reason to use this particular company. In fact, based on our personal experience, I would advise against it. ***** I really don't want to write a bad review, especially since the various Four Seasons guys I've talked to always seemed nice. However, I feel like I've done everything I could to give this company the benefit of the doubt that they will fix the poor job they did on our gutters. They're just not going to do it, so I hope this review can help someone else on Angie's List avoid the huge waste of time we've had to go through with our gutter situation. We bought our house last fall, and when it rained, the water would pour over the back and front porches. We didn't deal with it then, but when the massive amounts of snow melted this February, we started to see a little water in our basement near the front porch and we knew we had to get someone out as soon as possible. Four Seasons came out and told us that we were having problems due to the seams in our old gutters and clogging due to the trees in our yard. We were assured that new seamless gutters with leaf guards would fix the problems. Great! We signed the paperwork that day. In the meantime, I placed a 32 gallon trash can under the downpour and avoided getting water in the basement completely. Looked tacky, but it did the job. The installer came out on 3/10/14 and the installation seemed to go smoothly. They were done in about 4 hours. After they left, I found probably two dozen 6and quot; nails in my grass and they had swept the garbage into my recycling bin rather than my garbage can, but I didn't care. I had working gutters (or so I thought) so I was happy. I was told to call if I had any issues after the next rain. It rained a couple of days later, and the water poured off the gutters in the front onto my porch, into my basement, exactly where I had had the problem before. There was no improvement whatsoever at the front of the house. I had to drag the 32 gallon trash can back out to catch the water that was pouring over the spot above my porch. I called Four Seasons and was told they would come out and look at it in a few days. When the installer came back out, he took pictures and told me, basically, and quot;I was afraid that wasn't going to work. It's irregular and I had a feeling it was going to be problematic. It's complicated. We can fix it, but it might look strange. I'll have to move this forward a little bit (I don't know exactly what he said here, but he indicated it could be fixed.)and quot; I told him I didn't really care what it looked like, I just needed it to work. He said he'd be out Friday or the following week. He was not out Friday or the following week. No one called at any point. After waiting about three weeks, I called them and again asked when they could come finish the job of installing working gutters on my home, and was told, and quot;It's just not a normal roof. We are going to have to do x,y,z to get it to work on your roof.and quot; I said x,y,z (whatever his solution was) was fine with me, please just fix the issue. He said they'd be out on Tuesday. That was a week ago. No one was out on Tuesday. No one has called us. I will say, the gutter line along my back roof looks like this: -------- . It's just straight across, along the line of my roof. The Four Seasons Leaf X gutter and protection system installed along the back of my house works wonderfully. If you happen to have a ranch house on which your gutters will be a straight line with two downspouts at either end? By all means, go for it. I am pleased with the seamless gutter and leaf guard they placed on the back of the house. I feel fully confident that this company can install a gutter along a straight line. IF, however, your roof has anything other than a straight line, I would highly recommend you go with another company. My and quot;complicated, irregular roofand quot; on the front of the house looks like this: --^---- Here are some things Four Seasons could have done that I would have been okay with: - They could have warned me that I had a and quot;complicated, irregular roofand quot; and issues may arise during or after the installation process - They could have suggested we have roof work done before the gutter work, to make the process less complicated for them - They could have charged me more money and fixed whatever my roof issue was themselves - They could have said, and quot;I'm sorry we couldn't fix your problem and we are not able to fix your problemand quot; and then given me back a little money - They could have said and quot;I'm sorry we couldn't fix your problem and we are not able to fix your problemand quot; and given me NO money, but given me the name of a professional who could fix my problem -They could have said and quot;Too bad, so sad!and quot; and ran away making taunting gestures, thereby not wasting another minute of my time, because I would have known with certainty they did not intend to fix the issue - They could have done pretty much **anything** other than what they did, which was say and quot;Okay, we can fix your problem, we'll be out on this dayand quot; and then not show up at the scheduled day and time- twice!- and then not called to reschedule. Really, anything other than that? Would have been preferable. But that is what they did. At least they left a Four Seasons advertising sign for our yard. When I have to put my 32 gallon trash bin out to catch the rain overflow, I can stick their sign out next to it in an effort to convey to my neighbors: and quot;Yeah, we're still the house with junky gutters and a trash bin in their front yard to catch the rain overflow. But we tried!and quot;

I meet these guys at the Turkey Festival and Jeff originally came out to my house for an estimate for all my windows, about 12 of them for $6,735.00. I was not able to come up with the funds and I called a few weeks later to have just two windows done because I needed them to be compatible for my new A/C window units. See, my house has no air, no furnace, no central air! When I called, the guy on the phone said and quot;We don't come out for two window'sand quot;. And I replied and quot;Your on Meadows rightand quot;? He said and quot;yesand quot; I said and quot;I'm right down the road from you!and quot; WOW! just WOW! So Jeff was suppose to call me back but he never did! Lesson learned, unless you have a big order for them, they will not come out and God forbid if your a single parent in a house that is 90 degrees! What's even more funny is the fact Jeff tried to make me commit to a date to install the 12 windows. I didn't give him a date so then he called back a few days later to get me to commit again. wow

I did not go with them because I liked a different company. They did a nice job.

I like that they were very accommodating as far as time and they come and do it. They explained to me exactly what they are going to do. I didn't have any problems at all. I felt that they did it all well.
