Joe is amazing! He takes pictures of problem areas, he isn’t afraid to go into tight places, he’s very detailed, and he’s fast with his paper work! He’s very nice and wants what’s best for the costumer!

Joe was great. The previous owners inspection that had been done was a joke. Joe did a complete inspection and found many things which were not listed. The owner ended up spending about $20,000 of their own money PLUS there was about $5500 of warranty work done because Joe found these problems. Had it not been for Joe and had we trusted the owners inspection, we would have been saddled w/ these costs.

The inspection went well. Joe was very thorough with the inspection. He took pictures of problem areas and described them in detail. After the inspection was completed he went over everything he found inside the house and out. Although I wasn't happy about all the things he found wrong, I'm glad he was able to point them out so they could all be addressed. I believe that by hiring my own inspector vs using the realitor's inspector it made the process more objective and nothing was missed. He was very professional and was able to schedule the inspection in a timely fashion.

Great! Joe was very thorough and took good pictures and notes. Very meticulous, completed the inspection prior to my scheduled arrival and then walked through every room in the house and explained his findings. Had the report emailed within a few hours with detailed pictures and explanations behind each item. Will recommend Joe to friends / colleagues.

Joe did great with our home inspection-much better than we could have imagined! He was very thorough with the inside and outside of the house, as well as the garage and walkways and driveway! He was very detailed with his inspection and made sure not to miss any details or areas of the house. He took a little longer than your average inspector, but that was to ensure that he did not miss anything, which is way more important than quickness. We are first time homeowners, and he put all fears to ease. Would definitely recommend! Outstanding job!

Joe Copeland is, in one word, OUTSTANDING. He is punctual, professional, absolutely thorough, polite, respectful (example: he changes into a pair of soft indoor-only slippers to perform the interior inspection, to protect the floors), super-responsive, and is by far the best home inspector we've ever worked with, anywhere. I thought I was pretty thorough and knowledgeable about home issues, until I met Joe - his inspection and report is incredibly comprehensive and worth every penny. When you are buying a house, you want someone who will look at everything with a knowledgeable eye, to find potential issues that you never would notice. These issues can develop into real problems after moving in - which is why hiring someone as good as Mr. Copeland is so important. THIS is how home inspections should be done. We are 100% satisfied. A+++ I highly recommend Copeland's Comprehensive Home Inspections for buyers. Joe was very thorough and worked with a sense of urgency to get me the report. He was at the house from 1-4:30pm (single family house, ranch with finished basement) and had the report emailed to me by 11:40pm. Very responsive with follow-up questions and overall a trustworthy and honest provider.

Joe was very thorough. He was extremely professional and did a good job explaining the issues, even the small ones, so you will have no surprises. He wrote a detailed report and the issues were well illustrated. With his information, you can feel confident making a decision on the property. I don't usually do reviews, but I would advise anyone considering buying a home to have Joe inspect it first.

I used Joe Copeland due to the many reviews I read stating that he was very thorough and detail oriented. I was not disappointed. I met up with Joe at the property after his inspection and he went through the findings of his inspection and answered all the questions that I had. At no time did he rush this process and asked if I had questions before moving on to the next area of his report. It's not just about knowing how sound the home is. If you are about ready to make the largest purchase of your life why would you not want a detailed list of what needs to be done to keep your family and your future investment safe. I would recommend Joe to anyone needing a home inspection.

Excellent, Joe spent way more time than I had expected on the inspection of this home and went well into detail on everything. He also took the time to explain things to my wife and I as we were new to the home buying process and in order to understand exactly what we were getting into.

The inspection went very smoothly and was detailed in his inspection and advice for improvement for our new home.

The first inspection revealed major foundation damage that wasn't apparent to the untrained eye. He literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars by identifying and documenting the issue so thoroughly. It allowed us to cancel the contract and find another house to buy, which he also inspected. It's the best money I've ever spent. Some facts: -Realtors are a little taken aback by the time he requires to perform an inspection. THIS IS A GOOD SIGN. He never schedules more than one inspection per day. THIS IS ANOTHER GOOD SIGN. -He conducts an extended, in-person review of the inspection with the home buyer immediately after he finishes. He explains issues comprehensibly, and in layman's terms. -Reports are filed the same day, or the next day. The notes are detailed and thorough. Do not follow your realtor's recommendation for home inspection, unless it's Joe Copeland. I guess what I'm saying is this: don't hire anyone else.

Great! He was very thorough and gave genuine concern for everything he found wrong with the house. He listened to all of our silly questions and remained extremely professional throughout the whole inspection review.

The whole thing went perfectly smooth. He worked out a flexible appointment time, and was extremely thorough. Definitely saw things that I would never even think of. After, went over the whole inspection and answered any questions along the way, then emailed a copy of the inspection that night. He also made himself available for any extra questions we had after the fact, and as we went through the process of closing. Great first experience.
