The estimate for the job was within range of what I considered the job was worth. Minor additional repairs were needed and done for cost of materials only. After weather delay work was done as promised in two days , and clean up was good. Inspection after a couple of rain events , no leaks or problems detected. Time will tell if any amendment needed for review. Paper work for Warranty was provided. Job Was Well Done
