Description of Work: Just wanted to add that we miss Bob! The friend that referred him has a place in Tuscon and we are considering 'shipping' poor Bob to AZ for our demanding selves as we don't trust any contractors here as we are newbies! And the prices are crazy expensive and we do not know what exactly would be involved. Bob does! He is most likely terrified of more demands but the projected update for our tub to shower conversion would take more money than paying for Bob's trip, hotel room and meals! Dang! Teala (who referred us) and I miss Bob! Several years ago, we had a wall removed between kitchen and dining room, flooring installed, duct work relocated, cabinet installation, installation of many new lighting features, electrical outlets added, tile backsplash, and several other tasks that I thought up while he was there. He even figured out how to install a large plant hanger/bird feeder onto our deck that my brother had made for us. Starting Oct 28th thru Nov 4th 2011, Bob and his son worked on several projects around our house in order for us to hopefully put it on the market this Spring. The repairs included plumbing, floor repair, garage ceiling/wall repair, painting interior of the garage, replacing electrical switches, installing updated light fixtures, rerouting gas dryer vent, removing old cabinetry & installing new shelving in laundry room, grinding, stripping and repainting exterior light pole, filling in space between porch and concrete steps, installing porch rail grips, painting porch base and a number of other tasks.
