Troy and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. We needed our existing shower and tile removed and replaced with a tub and new tile. The process was amazingly painless - despite some issues with our plumbing - which they handled on the spot without missing a beat. We were amazed at how quickly the job was completed, and let me tell you, it is BEAUTIFUL. I don't think I have ever been this happy with remodeling work done in my home. We already are planning to remodel our upstairs bathroom, and are looking forward to working with Troy and his team again!

Troy Crilly and crew are a dream team to work with during the bathroom remodel and laying new flooring throughout our entire home. The work and customer service is outstanding. The 2 projects were done on time. Talk about trustworthy, I was out of state the entire time of the project. Troy kept me in the loop the entire time. Our tiny (and only) bathroom was a mess. We knew it needed a major overhaul. I put out an online inquiry for bathroom remodels and Troy Crilly from Bath Time contacted me almost immediately. We arranged a time for him to meet with us and evaluate the bathroom. Working with Troy was wonderful from the get-go. He really listened to us and what we were hoping for. He offered up some ideas and together we got a plan. Long story short, we now have a beautiful new bathroom. Troy's crew was prompt, professional, neat and very efficient. Any questions we had, Troy was responsive to calls or texts. So, if you're looking to remodel your bathroom, I highly recommend Bath Time. They are wonderful to work with.

This was a leaking toliet repair that so far I believe was done properly. However, the drywall replacement and repair is cracking, warped, and it has been less than two years and it looks worse than it did originally. This is my elderly mothers house and I just recently got to see it since the original work. I feel taken advantage of.

Troy Crilly and his team were absolutely fantastic. Troy was great at communicating the timeline and expectations. He kept me in the loop during the entire process. His team were very professional and friendly. We had our bathroom completely gutted and remodeled including moving plumbing and electric. I had previously selected and purchased the flooring, fixtures, vanity, countertop, and medicine cabinets for the team to install. Troy was very consultative throughout the process and steered me in the right direction for tile, grout, and paint selection. Each day Troy's team laid down drop cloths to protect the flooring leading into the bathroom, and they made sure everything was cleaned up when they left each day. The final product is so beautiful! We couldn't be happier.

I want to start by saying I rarely write reviews. In this case, I definitely wanted to make an exception. I cannot say enough good things about the experience we have had so far with Troy and his entire crew. We had an idea of what we wanted to do but was not sure exactly how much of that was realistic, especially considering we were trying to stay within our budget. Over the course of the project, I threw them plenty of curveballs with changes along the way. Not once was I told it could not be done. At times there was going to be an added cost but that was expected, explained upfront, and always more than fair. He also made sure to point out if there was a smarter more economical way to accomplish the same thing we were going for. It was incredibly exciting to see how much they accomplished in a days work. We could not wait to get home after work to see the progress and we were never disappointed. Communication was tremendous. I was always kept informed about when they would be there and what to expect timing-wise. The project moved fast. Much faster than we anticipated and that was greatly appreciated since we were living in the basement waiting for the project to get to the point we could move upstairs. They completely remodeled the kitchen, took out a couple of walls, installed the wood flooring throughout the main level, painted the walls, ceiling and baseboards, moved light switches, changed out and moved some can lighting, installed new light fixtures, refaced the fireplace, installed new stair railing and stairs and much more that I cannot even remember. In other words they can do it all. Our current project is almost complete. Perhaps the best recommendation we can make is that we are actually looking forward to the next project! We had such a good experience with Troy, Greg and his crew that we are now planning on remodeling the bathrooms too. There is also no question on who we will use. I will try to put up some pictures so everyone can see their excellent work. I only wish I had thought to take some *before* pictures so you could see the drastic changes.

Bathroom remodel, which turned into include bedroom repaint and putting new doors on the bedrooms and hall closet. Everything I threw at Troy and his gang, they accomplished. Love our new bathroom and the refreshed look of the bedroom and hallway. Completed in 3 weeks. Loved the fact that they started and was here everyday until the project was complete. Have other projects down the road and will be calling Troy in the future.
