It was a 35 foot pine tree. I checked it out after they left. The tree was gone along with every branch and twig. The lawn was in excellent shape. What more can I say. They exceeded my expectations. It was clean and professional.

Tom called me to schedule, & handleed everything while I was travelling. Cam home to a yard completely cleaned up, and a pild of sawdust where trees used to be. Excellent job.

The crew worked hard removing the trees and stumps. I think what sets this company apart from the rest is that they do the job right and have it done in one days time. They know how to clean up your yard so that very little is left when they leave except maybe a few wood chips and sawdust from the trees. Corey your Uncle would be proud of how you treat the customers. They did a good job grinding the stumps out and cleaning up the mess that that leaves behind. I would not hesitate calling them for another estimate when need be.

They called one morning and came out. Corey was not there, but he sent 3 men. They said the skid steer/backhoe was on another job. So my fireplace did not get torn down. I asked the team lead about the stumps, as I want to fill in an area with rock and need the stumps removed. He said Corey would call (he even told Corey on the phone that I wanted an estimate on the stumps) and give me an estimate. Corey never called and I left him a message about the stumps and the fireplace and he never returned my call. They did a good job with the trees but I feel he never completed the job concerning the fireplace. I will not use them in the future due to the job not being completed and not calling me back!

I called two weeks ago and left a message that I wanted a quote to cut down a dead tree in my yard. They never called back. Their advert says free quotes. If they are very busy or the job is too small for them they might at least have the decency to call back.

They were on time and got the work done quickly but I wouldn’t use them again as they damaged my house and my yard. They haven’t come back effectively and corrected the problems. I fixed it myself but they tried to resolve it but they never did it. They never did any follow up and their professionalism was not that good as they didn’t give any handwritten quotes. They just came in, settled up with a price and nothing with a sign, no agreement of service and he just said don’t worry about it which was okay but after everything had settled down I had damage in my yard with the truck that they brought in and also damage on the side of my house. They said that they would get it fixed but it has been six months but I never had any follow up or feedback. They were okay on price and timeliness but their follow up was quite poor.

Called for an estimate, the price was fair (high, but this was a LOT of work), and then scheduled them to come out in 2 weeks. That week there was a LOT of wind so they were 2 days behind schedule and would come out the following week. The crew of maybe 6 arrived around 9, and got started. They worked quickly and were pleasant to talk to when necessary. They finished much quicker than I thought (around 3/4) and said they'd send the stump grinder guy over in a few days. When we got back from being out of town, the stumps were ground and the back yard looked just as it had before we left (minus the trees & stumps). Everyone involved was very professional, they arrived promptly, worked hard, and cleaned up VERY well.

The job was finished as quickly as possible, considering the difficult task of huge trees in a pond & gully. The original owner has retired, and his nephew is now running the company. Hopefully, he'll maintain his uncle's standards.
