computer repair
+ -1 moreThey did not repair the problem. I had to take it to another service provider to get it fixed. PC Wizard did not even clean the inside of the box. They would not let me talk directly to the repair person. They claimed to have fixed it when I picked it up. It was not fixed. It actually was a modum problem that the other provider found right away. PC Wizard did not complete the work on time. They kept putting me off. Don't take anything there if you are in a hurry. The person at the service desk is not very nice. Treats you like you are a complete idiot.
Description of Work: Took computer in as was having trouble getting logged on to some websites. Right away they said it was a virus. (Final solution was that it was a modum not a virus.)
