Description of Work: I called multiple times to schedule an estimate. When I didn't hear back from them, I called back. They apologized and said they would call me to schedule a time. This happened twice. I never heard back from them.

Description of Work: Level driveway by mudjacking. The job was very complex because of the slope and grade of the drive.l

Description of Work: M & S Mudjacking releveled two separate particular areas, a front side walk and driveway bringing these areas up to level or slightly higher away from my house.

Description of Work: I called m and s and they said they would give me a quote on a job that had 3 parts- front and back steps and back patio. They said they were busy but would try and come out over the weekend. I informed them I would be out of town that weekend and they said they would come the next weekend. I got a call while out of town they were on their way over. I called and repeated that I was out of town. I didn't see or hear from anyone the following weekend so I called on Monday. The secretary was apologetic and said she would send someone out asap.I was then called by a man who told me he had looked at it but couldn't find the paper where he had written his bid down. He said he couldn't help with the back patio or step- which is ok. He didn't want to do the front step but could do it for $400. The unprofessionalism was what bothered me, that I had to call multiple times to get an estimate.

Description of Work: They never responded to my request for information. Their loss! Why list services on a web site if you are not going to respond to requests. I find that very disappointing as a first time user of Angie's list.

Description of Work: It was not an easy job and the workmanship was outstanding! There were several sections to be worked on to accomplish the ultimate goal - correcting the entry into the 3 car garage. Driving in and out of the garage became so smooth it emphasized how bad the drop had been before the repair! The sidewalk into the house was leveled & raised to make a much more attractive entrance to the front door. There were tree roots to deal with and again, the finished product was spot on. I highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: Back fill below garage floor washed away because of much rain fall. Work required to raise the floor, and level the driveway. There was considerable extra work required, and M & S did it without complaint or excuse.

Description of Work: I had M&S Mudjacking come in and give me an estimate on filling a void under my driveway and raise a portion of it back to its proper height. We called around to a few businesses and only got an answer at M&S. We told them our issue and wanted someone to come take a look. 4pm that afternoon we had that guy at our house. Professional and very courteous.We got a range on what it was going to cost from low to maximum out of pocket. I fully understand that without seeing what is under the concrete that an exact price would be hard to put on paper. The day work was to be performed he showed up when he was supposed to and got to work. Unfortunately in the one area of the driveway the void under the concrete was a lot larger than anticipated. He put more than what he thought he was going to to raise the slab but put less in the partially visible void. The cost never went above his estimated price. The best part of his work was the holes that he drilled to pump in the concrete are barely visible. I thought for sure they would stick out like a sore thumb but they don't. You have to be physically looking for them to find them! Some relatives of mine got some jacking done and I couldn't believe that the jacker filled the holes the way they did. You can see them from 30 feet away. I was very impressed with M&S's work and have a few more projects to have him come and do for me. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of mud-jacking.
