Description of Work: We contacted them to do tuckpointing on our single-flue chimney. They repaired four feet (instead of the usual three) and applied crown seal on the cap.

Description of Work: Tuckpointed the veneer brick and the foundation and added a drip edge to the front and back porches.

Description of Work: I called Bruno's to make an appointment for an estimate on my apartment building approximately on 8/8/11. I wanted a rep to meet me and my husband at the building in the afternoon--anytime after 2:30p. I was told that this was impossible. All of their field guys work in the morning. They have a system whereas they go to the property and take digital pictures and call the customer back to give and discuss the quote. I was told this process would be completed within 2-3 days. Time past and I did not here from this company. I followed up and was told someone will be going on that side of town tomorrow and he will be giving you a call. No call. I called again, and was told that the secretary will be calling me back with a status--that didn't happen. I called agin and was told that the rep who had my order was downtown getting permits for other jobs and I was list on his itineray and therefore he would definitely get to me tomorrow. No call and still waiting. I call once more and was told someone will definitely call me back. I then was asked do you still want the estimate done? This made me think that I am not ever going to hear from this company for what ever reason, they do not want to do business with me. I just wish they would tell me in the beginning instead of wasting my time and phone cost. This is terrible business tactics. I have to go into the hospital on 9/14/11 and I want to get this work settled. Thanks for nothing!

Description of Work: We received a quote for $3000 to build the brick-enclosed mailbox and a matching column on the otherside of the driveway. We decided that was more money than we wanted to put into a brick mailbox.

Description of Work: had an estimator out on 6-24-09 said will get you the price day or two now almost week no call. called on 6/29 was told will call 6/30 am not. 7/1/09 today no call still waiting???? if the job is to small or something tell me but dont leave people hanging!!!

Description of Work: When have used Bruno's three or four times as needed for our building masonry over the past 3 or 4 years. The last time was in conjunction with a roofing job in the late spring of '08. When we did the roof tear off we learned we had masonry problems that needed to be taken care of quickly so that the roofing work could continue. We hired Bruno's to do the tuckpointing on our roof.

Description of Work: Work done - Ground out cracked mortar above 2 car garage and over first floor window & replaced mortar after matching color as close as possible. Cleaned up area and completed the entire job in less than 2 hours.

Description of Work: They tuck pointed around the water heater in the basement and inside my garage they fixed two large walls. They took a few days to complete everything.
