The company calls us to set up the appointment every fall. The employee has never been late, and always calls when a few minutes' away to verify that the time is still good for us. This time, he happened to arrive in our neighborhood 45 minutes earlier than expected: when he called I said it was too early, so he cheerfully agreed to come back later at the time I specified.
