Weed Man Lawn Care

I hired these guys in 2019 for weed control. They did a terrible job. I am not 100% certain they actually provided the service I paid for. I had to call them multiple times to come back and spray for weeds. My lawn looked worse last year than it had in the previous 15 years I have lived at my home. I hired a new lawn service, TruGreen, this year and they have done a wonderful job. Weed Man has continue to charge me for services that I informed them I did not want. They told me they will continue to provide services indefinitely until I give them written notice I want them to stop (which I have now done) They have since sent the bills for services I did not want to a collection agency and are unwilling to work with me to fix this problem. Customer service is rude and nasty. I would never recommend anyone waste a minute of time with this company.

WIP, but so far so good. Note: I didn't use this particular location (Dundee, IL) as I am in Libertyville.

After talking with several other firms we retained WeedMan and have completed the first two treatments; the lawn looks much better already and we are happy with the choice we made. We also appreciated the Angie's List coupon for one free treatment.

So far, great! The fertilizer helped the grass immensely. The weed control application started to eliminate the weeds. I received a call from Weed Man stating that they would provide an extra application of the weed control (no cost to me) because my lawn had so many weeds; it did wonders in getting rid of all of them. (I can't believe the creeping charlie is dead now!) The grub and other insect applications are not due to be put on until June/July.

Weed Man killed half of my front lawn. I took good care of it myself for 13 years prior to last summer and never had a problem. In one of the photos it shows my neighbors lawn to the left of the fence line that is still alive.

We've only had two treatments applied to our lawn so far (one spring fertilizer and one spring weed killer) and the difference from last year is already visible. We're excited to see how the rest of the season goes and will be looking for Weed Man to continue next season!

They do a great job every year. My lawn looks great and now my neighbors use them as well.

Very well, When we had a concern they came back out and addressed the issue.

Weed Man was much more professional than I was expecting from a lawn care company. They send out papers after each service and give you a hand written section of what they noticed so you actually know what's happening with your lawn. They were able to make other recommendations but were never pushy about it, just delivering facts. I was so impressed that I now have them doing the lawns of rental properties. The added curb appeal is unbelievable.

They did an excellent job, and did everything they said they were going to do.

They were very responsive and professional, and returned quickly when requested. Assured me the chemicals were not overly toxic, which is important to us. The lawn looks better!

It went great they shown up as scheduled and communicated excellent through the entire process. I would use them again however I have moved to another state I wish I could hire them in the new state I move to but they dont have them. I hope I can find someone as professional and customer service orientated as this Co. Also they did a great service with great results they know what they are doing for sure. I wish I could of taken pictures before and after results.

I will not stop until they fix this issue

We have signed up for a full year plan for 2016 as the technician was very helpful and friendly.

It turned out well. They tried to sell me something on top of the big deal but it was more expensive than the normal price. They wanted to sell me a package of like six lawn treatments and my neighbors were getting lawn treatments from other people that were less expensive by $100. There was an idea that I was supposed to buy the rest of the service. The service was good I think and there was good weed control.

The service was good. I like the guy that I dealt with. There was no additional cost to the $25 Big Deal. My main like was that I thought he was very personable. He stood up to his end of the bargain. I really did not dislike anything. I thought he was very dependable and reasonable. That was an unbelievable price. It was like an introductory price. So, I am not sure how much it would be without the professional Deal like having a larger lawn. I am sure it would be more than that. So for that, it was a very good Deal.

Service seems to be working very well. It's a "hassle-free" service. The two man crew shows up and treats the lawn; you son't even have to be home. Very professional and efficient. We are very pleased with the service.

Routine weed treatments - came as scheduled and has reduced our weeds.

Outcome was terrific. Lawn never looked so good. I would definitely use these guys in the future.

I really don't know, I assume the work was done because left there sign in my lawn and left paperwork at my door. The communication was awful, I never a got a confirmation phone call of time they was coming and they just randomly picked a day and said they would come after it took 10days to hear from them.

It went very well. They were kind and courteous and were very knowledgeable about their products and what I needed for my lawn
