The technician did amazing job installing all aspects required for our landscape lighting. Daniel took the time to explain where the lighting should be placed and how the lighting would illuminate various areas of our project. Upon seeing our patio and landscape illuminated for the first time, I had one area in question I felt could use additional lighting. The technician was out promptly to complete the work. We are EXTREMELY happy with the results.

I had some landscape lighting installed by another company last year. Problems developed with some of the lights about a month ago. I called to have them repaired and got no return call. Premier Lighting had a special on Angie's List so I bought it. The technician repaired the bad connection from before and then inspected the remainder changing bulbs and looking at suspect connections. He was fast and now my landscape lighting looks like it was planned originally. I kept their card and they will be my first call if I have problems again.

We recently purchased a home with an existing exterior lighting system that was in a state of disrepair. We weren't sure what we have or whether anything was salvageable. Premier was on time, courteous and was able to repair a section in the front of the house so it is now operational and we are aware of what other options we have for the future.

Premier Lighting made our house look great and made our porch and paths safe at night. After my wife tripped and fell walking on our multi-level pathway to our house one night, I decided it was time to get some quality lighting installed. We called about 10 lighting installers in the western Chicago suburbs, and got quotes from 3. We chose Premier Lighting because of 1) how quickly they would come out and do the installation, 2) the high quality of materials they proposed using, 3) their additional lighting ideas for our house which were minimal cost since most of the groundwork was already being done and 4) the availability of their service plan (I have mobility issues and didn't want to have to do any work). Their price was competitive and many years later I continue to be on their service plan and am very happy with my lighting and their service. My house looks gorgeous at night, and all my pathways are very well lighted. The equipment has survived over the last 10 cold and snowy winters with NO damages...even with 3rd party snow removers banging into the lights and our landscape crew knocking into them. We have upgraded the system over time (adding digital timers as well as light sensors) to get maximum value. When our landscaper moved a shrub and cut the underground line connecting all of our lights, Premier Lighting was at our house within 2 days and fixed the problem for their base service charge. The service plan we have includes bulb maintenance at no charge...so whenever a bulb burns out (which is infrequently) they are out to replace..usually in the same week. Even when a landscaper cutting our grass ejects a rock from the lawn mower and breaks a bulb...they are out to replace at no charge. Twice a year...they come out and clean all the lense covers and adjust all the lights to ensure they are properly aligned per the original plan. They have been our lighting contractor for 10 years...thats probably the best recommendation in that statement.

Premier Lighting were very professional and courteous. They were always on time and also very considerate. They were very helpful in giving us a temporary lighting system to see how it would look. It is pretty neat! We pay $318 per year.

THE CREW WAS GREAT. AFTER THEY FINISHED, THEY LEFT NOTHING BEHIND LIKE BOXES ETC., EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP AND PUT BACK, IT WAS NOT JUST THROWN BACK. WE HAVE HIRED LANDSCAPE LIGHTING CONTRACTORS IN THE PAST, AND NONE HAVE EVER COME CLOSE TO PREMIERS PROFESSIONALISM.
